  When you try to troubleshoot a computer select the layer that gives you problems, and then press u twice to reveal all the changed this layer properties. Make sure that the ICT is on executives who are giving you problems.

  We don't know anything about your project, except you apparently divided the beach opening 10 MP4 video in a bunch of separate layers and then called a mask on each of them.  We also know that the model is a non-standard rate. Unless you know exactly what you're doing, it's ALWAYS a bad idea. Your layout is also 20 minutes and 4 frames long. I expect you are trying to edit a film in After Effects. It's also a very bad idea.

  If you try to separate the characters in the background, it's a terrible workflow. You did a lot more work that you need to. You should have kept on one layer, then rotoscoped video images, or perhaps even used RotoBrush to separate the character from the background.

  I suspect you've got MP4 in a screen capture program and you're new to AE. MP4 are highly compressed and each image needs to be rebuilt from the average color and luminance information. The decoding process can get the dirt quite easily and I think this is part of your problem. Split the layers into frames (btw not all layers are the same length and they should be if the cadence of the model corresponds to the rate of your captured footage). I'm afraid you'll need to redo all the rotation, but it should not take you as long as he did the first time.

  Do not separate the layer, it just set the in and out point to include only images that you will use in your final cut. Make sure that the pace of the film corresponds to the cadence of the model. It would also be a good idea to make a quality of intermediate production using Adobe Media Encoder, so do not treat potential problems of highly compressed MPEG files.

  If Rotbrush does not work then you will have to Rotoscoping in hand. There are many ways to do this but this tutorial should give you some of the basics. I hand roto all the time and you do not usually adjust the masks on each image.

  Do not try and change in After Effects. AE is designed to work on the plans you need to apply effects or process in ways that you can't do in Premiere Pro or any other NLE. Simple shots or short sequences are effective workflow in AE. Cut a 20-minute film in a model of EI is horribly inefficient and changes are incredibly difficult. 90% of all my compositions AE are 10 seconds or less and didn't have a single shot in the timeline. Most have a lot of layers, but I almost never try to change a sequence in AE.

  It seems that every single tab gets its own unique window, now I think that it is ineffective as well as make being organized next to firefox a more difficult task. Since when you close all the windows that hold 1 tab it removes from the main window and the Group menu.

  Now I hope it's just a bug caused by the new, but also great packed feature that the grouping tool is.

  You can try to change some browser.taskbar Pref. * enable on the subject: config to false page.

  I'm not on Windows 7, so I don't know what effect they have.

  How to insert pictures...

  For the timeline, drag a second copy of the video to Audio / Music
  follow and drag it left or right to align on the Audio track.

  Then right-click / mute the Audio track.

  Now, you can split the video anywhere you want... CTRL + L... and delete
  a section... then insert a Photo and give it the same length as the
  segment you removed.

  Here's another method:

  Split your video clip on each side of the area where will be the stills.

  Now... drag the part cut on the audio / music. BTW... If you want to
  to add a second 5 again... Remove 5 seconds of the video clip. (info below

  Drag your fixed shots to the timeline and drop it off at the place where

  FWIW, I also have such a folder in my library.
