I will say the the scan doctor porgram is a little tenacious program and he told me is not to use the USB connection.  He finds another option on the settings of wireless network that has an older connection and he told me to use this site to my wireless network settings.  After I did all of this beautiful work.  I regret just that I stayed until 02:00 trying to figure out the problem, when it comes down to it, the program of troubleshooting on the HP site does not offer many options and it is not helpful at all.  Your announcement repeated good number steps that I discovered on my own.  Thank you

  I am trying to install our photosmart C6180 on our new Macbook Pro with OS X 10.9.

  The Mac can see the printer on the network and identifies it as "Photosmart 6100 series [91CF06]", but when I try to add I get a message that "the software for this printer is currently unavailable" and I there is only the possibility of using the generic drivers.

  Any help would be much appreciated.

  I seem to have fixed this after going through some other posts here - as others, I installed the drivers from the Apple site:

  While apple suggests it works for OS X 10.9, it seems to work OK.

• Printer HP Photosmart 6510 e-All-in-One no ANALYSIS DO NOT THE PAGE WHOLE?

  Does anyone else have this problem?  I tried to scan a brochure, which I can have a file in my computer and throw the paper, but it keeps half the analysis page.  Is there something I need to do?  Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

  (I'm scanning it wireless if it has something to do with it, which I doubt)

  The default analysis workflows configured to scan photo 6 x 4 in. make sure you change the scanning settings to not crop the area swept as follows:

  1 open the HP utility and select your device.
  2. based on Scan Settings open the "Scan to Computer".
  3. click on the tab "scan tasks.
  4. Select the shortcut Scan allows to analyze, and then click on edit.
  5. in the section of scanning from an HP device, click the blue triangle to expand the menu.
  6. in the expanded menu now, open the drop down next to cultures in and set as none.
  7. click OK and try to scan.

  'BonjourPSsetup.exe not supported under OS X' I am puzzled.

  To create a roaming network, I added as an express to my Time Capsule airport and doing so changed the name of the network. (Original name was a little too identifiable) now MacBook WiFi can not find the printer, it allows.  (cause he's probably looking for the former name of network). Went to Apple's support for assistance. Found several posts with instructions. All direct me to download the Printer Wizard Hello.  When I do, I get the above error.

  I looked into it further and found that all J611 Deskjet 3050 a models use the same software. So, you should be able to download and run the installation from the link below.

  IMPORTANT: Make sure that the printer is not connected to the computer until the installation program ask you to do. Run the Setup and follow the instructions on the screen.

  If the printer is not yet seen, then choose the option "continue INSTALLATION WITHOUT CONNECTION NOW I WILL CONNECT the PRINTER LATER. A shortcut must be placed on your desktop and it will try to add a printer when it is executed.

  Nero or what else?

  For burning and copying of discs, I can recommend that the freeware CD Burner XP tools. It of really small and fast tool, never had any problems with it.

  I zipped and attached to the driver that you are interested in below.

  Download and uncompress the file in its folder.  Don't do anything with the files in the folder.

  Go to Device Manager and click the controller smbus who need the pilot.

  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.

  Select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the driver folder, that you unzipped.

  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and the driver should install.

  Then restart the PC.
