  This problem can occur because of corrupted system files or any what conflict of third-party application.

  Please help me with the following information related to this issue:

  1. What is the brand and model of your computer?
  2. When exactly your computer shutdown? It's trying to access any document in particular?

  Have you had a look at the script of dbmspipe.sql?   Why not?  After all, it's just an ASCII text file.

  In any case the script is EXECUTED on the package to a role, execute_catalog_role.  So only users who have gotten this role will be able to use the DBMS_PIPE of the judgment.  You must login as SYS and grant EXECUTE to your username (do not grant them this role).  Oracle made this way because the pipes can be voracious consumers of system resources.

  Oh and drop the package from the SCOTT schema.  It's just a recipe for confusion.

• Adobe's Scott Kelby's correct about the feature updates to LR 6?

  Just bought my LR 6 update of the Adobe site the other day. Works very well and is more responsive and faster. Very happy with it.  I went from LR 5. I do not cloud of Adobe creative use.

  I watch podcasts Kelby and his last (#11 I think) he said the subject of Lightroom 6 for people who bought (like me) that Adobe won't ever feature updates of LR 6 for people who bought. These updates to date WON'T be not for those who subscribe to the creative cloud and use LR 6. Kelley said that adobe would release camera profile updates and corrections of bugs - but never to new features.

  Adobe or anyone is true. Tell if Adobe adds a brush stroke to LR 6 - only the CC people get it?

  What that told Scott Kelby and what is in fact true sometimes differ or are misinterpreted. Mr. Kelby, I think, tried to tell people that purchase Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 as a product independent and may prevent you from using other programs that are part of the Adobe Creative cloud subscription program evolving. Lightroom Mobile, for example, is a feature that never ceases to evolve, but it is not available for those who like you who run only 6 of Lightroom.

  What won't you miss not however as a customer of Lightroom 6 are all updates free .dot which become available for your software.  New features are rarely introduced free .dot updates even if it happened.  (Example: extended files tif support and smoothing of color noise reduction slider.) If you have nothing to fear in terms of functionality of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom.  The warning is that Adobe is a big company and that there are people of talent at work in many departments. Limit your purchase to Lightroom 6 only can prevent you from making use of other tools in the arsenal of creative cloud.  But of course, you can become a subscriber of creative cloud, at a later date must come something you really want to use.

  Why not talk about this link? You said that you wanted to help with your problem and my response to this link explains fully your problem and what to do about it. There also links to two threads and more who have more info on your question.

  You can use a BASIC connection of developer sql instead of the TNS connection, you try to use. These links explain how to do this.

  Make sure that your tnsnames.ora file has an entry for your PDB.

  Connect as SYS to the ROOT of your BDC$ and open your PDB databases.  They are not open by default (you can create a trigger to do this if you want).

  Then you can connect as a system to your PDB and unlock users scott and HR.

  John is right. Configure the jdbc data source in wls and reference him module of your application configuration.
  If you look at the example of my blog and check the configuration, you will see that I have to refer to as "jdbc/DDH" jdbc data source My WLS I put in place since a data source with exactly this pointing to the BD JNDI name I want.

  The SYSDBA (and SYSOPER) are special administrative privileges that allow an administrator to perform basic database administration tasks, such as the creation of the database and start the instance and judgment.

  By the granting of these privileges, the user does not automatically receive access to data dictionary views. I think it's what you expected.

  You must SELECT privilege to interview these views of data dictionary:

  dba_directories
  dba_tab_priv

  Connect as SYS and to do this:

  grant select on dba_directories, dba_tab_priv to scott
  

  In addition, you grant select_catalog_role GOLD select any dictionary to your user of your choice.

  SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE role allows you to select the views of catalog (% s/n, v$ %...). If you can grant this role to your user of your choice.
