  If you enable find my iPhone, it will be on except if you have disabled (requires your password to iCloud).  The location will only show if the phone is connected to a network and still has the power.

  My last thinkpad was a R60, and now I have an edge with all these fancy features touchpad that I like a lot. My favorite is the one-finger-roll ChiralMotion! Only it does not work very well overall, so I hope for the latest v17 of Synaptics drivers. They will be available soon?

  Here's what I would be very happy in the future:

  . no CPU load when the touchpad is completely off (mine was 20% (!) so it touches while using the trackpoint)

  . a leading space to work for the one-finger-roll (I have no resizable rectangle in the gray matter)

  . half of the touchpad turn off completely (or at least define a general departure area)

  . a smooth start for the two finger scroll (set up is a little glitchy)

  . regular look disabled when pointing is off (this is what I waited; or on / off without taking into account the areas of tapping)

  . pinch to zoom in and make work rotate despite pointing out voltage

  . an option to display the context menu as the missing key on the E330 (unlike a click right, as you move the cursor in the right place)

  Also, I noticed a bug in the software:

  . the four-fingers-flip has often resulted in a rotation without end of the preview of Windows as well as Alt - Tab replacement (sometimes even hard to the end)

  So, no chance to get the new drivers? I hope that they have some of these features/corrections on board. Unfortunately, I couldn't install those on Synaptics site probably due to problems of OEM.

  Update 17.0.12.60.  Now, if I use two-finger-roll the subsequent use of one-finger-roll did the same as the variant with two fingers (although it correctly displays the icon of the spiral). I need to do a two-finger-tap before I can use one-finger-roll again.

  I like many others have done the new update of software for the Mac - OS X Yosemite. And theres been a few bugs I've experienced. With my internet slow Adobe Creative programs moved upward.

  Primarily Adobe Illustrator CS5.5 - first was police preview play but have fixed that with reduced transparency option. But now, and the most annoying is control keyboard keys do not work.

  Main ones I noticed so far are: remove, shift + control something, i.e. shortcuts toolbar selection tool (V) etc.

  Its incredibly annoying and is actually interfering with my ability to work especially that of simple deletion. I have seen many similar questions but to other programs and the other versions of the suite. Please if someone have a solution or please Adobe gives us the key to solve this problem because this is a major drawback and stops at productivity.

  If the SFC was not able to repair files then the best thing to do is to reinstall Windows.  You can try running a disk error check, if it fixes all of the problems, and then rerun the SFC and then install and run the System Update tool.  If there is still a problem with the SFC nto be able to complete then you should do a reinstall.

  I have Satellite A300-1LI in front of me and I use it about a month now. Startup time is very interesting theme and with a good configuration, you can optimize and make much shorter as with factory setting.   Battery operating time? I have to say that information about two hours are realistic and I can confirm that. The same thing on my Satellite. But to be honest for mobile computing, it's OK. I've changed several notebooks and just business laptop Tecra had to linger battery operation. What you can do is check the Toshiba support site and look for info on the more powerful battery.
