I looked at the event log, but I have no idea what I want to really, I vacuum the back on pc - the dust ect... Please help because I do not want to see it again / please if anyone is nice enough help me please that they have no basis.

  I understand.  The files are newspapers of accidents and have nothing to do with your operation systems.  You can do what suggests the wiki for when access is denied without too much worry about a problem

  Try this

  If you get "access denied" try this method

  First, create a folder on the desktop and call Minidump

  Open the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and do the following:

  Home > select all > Home > copy to > choose location > Minidumps > copy

  Then right click on the Minidump file > Send to > compressed (zipped) folder.

  Then download the compressed (zipped) folder newly created on Onedrive and provide a link here.

  copied and pasted this information of view problem history in Control Panel and it was the biggest mistake, what happened is that the PC I use suddenly gets a blue screen with big writings saying something like she stops by unexpected error. After rebooting, it says "Windows has recovered from unexpected shutdown" and gives me a chance to see solutions on the net, but the work does'nt.   Think the drivers - do all.

  Could be a nuisance pilot. Update your drivers manually looking at system manufacturer and
  Sites of the manufacturer of the device.

  This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

  For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
  Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - note the brand and complete model of your
  video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now click on UPdate Driver (this
  cannot do anything as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT
  This will refresh the driver stack.

  Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party with their
  own the software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

  Now go to the site of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restoration) and then of the manufacturer of the device
  (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for the BIOS, Chipset and software)
  updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

  Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.

  Always check in the Device Manager - tab drivers version you install actually shows up. This
  because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a
  pilot - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat if necessary.

  Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW on device at the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - manually check by model.

  Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your 15 HP Pavilion Notebook and brightness does not properly. I see that if you change the balanced power plan options option in the book will help. Here is a link that will help you. Go to your power options.
  Select balance, then click on change plan settings. Click on change advanced power settings. Then save changes. Sometimes just changing and selecting apply it and change it back solves this problem.

  You can try to use the Windows Update Troubleshooter to fix updates that do not come through Windows 8.  Please restart the laptop twice to make sure that all updates are completed!

  You can also try:

  In Device Manager, click the arrow next to display adapters to expand this category
  Right-click on the graph, and then select Update driver software if more than 1 graphic adapter do 1 at a time.
  Select search automatically for updated driver software.

  The laptop must find and automatically install the updated driver
  Once the installation is complete, restart your laptop.

  I understand that you have also changed the settings within a game. Desktop resolution settings and the game are two different things.

  Hmm... 640 x 480... It sounds little similar... right click on the file that launches a game > choose Properties > compatibility tab > make sure that in the screen resolution 640 x 40 option is unchecked

  Do not safe mode with network. It will try to load too many drivers.

  Try mode safe mode with command prompt since it will charge just a necessary drivers. If it does, you can try the above commands.

  Only other option would be to try to start with a Linux LIVE CD/USB. (IE Ubuntu, Mint, or puppy or another other Dist you prefer).

  Drag your pointer to the edge and look for the up-down arrows change, then use the mouse to stretch the screen on board.
