  I use this computer with an OfficeJet Pro 8500 a909 (USB connection). I'm in Switzerland and use E nglish on a Swiss German keyboard. I would like to have the center of HP solutions in English, but I can never manage it. And I get this message:

  I have tried everything I can think of to change that, but failed every time - downloads in German printing software every time, even on HP British and American sites. This, clearly, is the computer. Any ideas how to deter? Changing the language in the control panel settings do not do.

  I wonder if this can be tweeked or a simple find and replace to allow all the text boxes, stories, etc. (which do not have a style of paragraph/lava) to assign a language throughout the document.

  Is there a simple way to change all terms in text boxes at once, rather than select all and there manually change?

  or I have to do it manually, if so is it possible to select all the text boxes and change the language?

  It is not possible. Character styles can have only a language attribute, but paragraph styles require the formatting of the text. If you already have paragraph styles (you would have at least paragraph standard), you can change the language in advanced character Formats.

  You cannot move content on a layer, except in some very specific situations using the preflight. Layers are imported other files or created as part of the original document.

  The definition of the visibility of the layers is action on the scale of the document, it will affect all the pages.

  Form fields do not layers, due to the content of the page (for example, labels beside a field). Form field visibility is controlled with a script, as I explained.

  Dear all,

  I use the platform apple & Os for 20 years now. I'm a programmer in C on Unix platform engineer at my job.

  I worked on MacPro 2010 with MacOS 10.11.4 when the problem occurred.

  I'm french, MacOs and any other application was set to french.

  I was working on Xcode 7 (I don't think Xcode is the link to my problem) when notification arrived. This notification, there is a button named "Check", I clicked on, without enter my admin password, something to start the installation. I tried to quit smoking without success, so I used the shortcut Cmd + Alt + Esc to kill the process. Meanwhile, restarted Safari, and it is now defined in English. I also saw that all other applications are now defined in English except the Finder that it still in french.

  There two session on my mac (me and my girlfriend) with the privileges of Directors. On its session, all applications are correctly defined french.

  On my session, I tried to go to the system preferences-> languages to change the language for the french. No way to add french. When I click on the Add button, I see the list of all languages, I select the french and select 'use the french', but nothing changes, and the English language is always the only value in the list. Added no french, and all applications remain in English. Using the terminal and the command line tools to change the language does not change the language.

  I've updated the operating system MacOs Sierra, I always have the same question.

  So my question is this: How do I set up the french language? What is the french language is still installed on my system? Is it possible to install languages without having to reinstall the entire operating system?

  Great work to solve your problem until now! Apparently to reset all the settings and erasing/re-adding keyboards for iPad Pro still isn't allowing you to change the language since the upgrade to iOS 10. I'll be happy to help you.
