  I don't know what model of laptop, you have exactly, but if you have problems using the internal touchpad, I recommend you to check the additional parameters of the touchpad:
  Control Panel-> mouse-> last tab (click on the settings button)

  I just bought this product and everything works great except a Horizontal scrolling. Vertical scrolling works very well. When I rock the left or right scroll wheel, nothing happens. I tried it on spreadsheets, wep pages and documents (resized so that there is a horizontal scroll bar on the screen). I use WIN7 64 bit on a ThinkPad Trackpoint and touchpad as both enabled. I disabled them both with no result. I have tried uninstalling the drivers for pointing devices. Right now, I don't know if there is a hardware problem or not...   I did some other tests and realized that the Horizontal scrolling WORKS in most applications. It doesn't seem to work in IE9, but I was wrong. Applications Windows (Explorer, Notepad, Wordpad, etc.) all seem to work as well. It turns out it's Mozilla (Firefox, Thunderbird) and OpenOffice (calc, writer...) that are not. I guess we can call this "resolved" as far as HP is concerned.

  You can use the movement of scrolling panel to set the menu in place. Set all values to 0, including the key position (assuming that the menu is at the top of the page).

  The only drawback to this is that Safari on iOS devices will not hide the address bar and the footer bar.

  You have a typical problem of beginner because of the lack of understanding of data flow. Run the code using execution highlighting, and look at the diagram to see.

  1. Your stop is outside any loop and so will be read only by the code only once at the beginning of the program.
  2. Your scroll bar is read in the first loop. All the other loops cannot begin until the first loop finished and since (1) is true, it will never happen if the value Boolean false when the code begins.

  Why do you have so much code duplication? 95% of the code for the loop is the same and can be reused. I don't know that the whole thing could be written using 5% of the total code. Put everything in a loop, iterate over the table 2D to get all values. Don't forget to put a little wait inside the while loop.
