Scrolling mouse to the corner of the questions

I am facing a frustrating problem with my new mouse Microsoft hold. so much so that I plan to return. I hope there is a solution, because I love the mouse in the opposite case.

The problem I encounter is as follows:
Vertical scrolling can be done anywhere on the surface of the mouse, not only on the Groove or line dedicated for the scrolling of the mouse. I disabled the horizontal scrolling that I require it. What is happening, it is even if I drag upward or down on one of the buttons on the left or right, it scrolls. It is a problem because it scrolls randomly when I move my finger, even slightly, click, or move the mouse to select things on the screen.
The mouse is supposed to scroll anywhere on its surface, and if yes, is there a way I can limit the area he responds to scroll the commands, other wise my pages and programs are randomly scrolling around at a given time, which makes it almost impossible to get the work done.
I installed the software for the mouse and I uninstalled any software of older pointing devices. I'm on windows 7 64 bit.

I had this problem and it seems to go in key settings and turn off vertical flick it stopped to happen for me. Not sure if that was the problem everyone has been seen, but it helped me.

    Hello

    May I ask if clicking on the lower left corner always takes you back to the menu back? Or is that the disabled also?
    You might want to try this:
    1. Press the Windows key, then type "cmd", right mouse click on command prompt, then click "Run as Administrator". If you are prompted by user account control, just accept.
    2. At the command prompt with admin, type privileges window ' sfc/scannow ' or ' sfc/scannow ' also works. And then press enter.
    3. Wait a few moments so he can analyze the system files, you may need to restart then.

    Please let me know if it works. I hope this has helped.

  • Is it possible to scroll the timeline left or right without having to move the mouse to the top of the window?

    First has a really cool feature that allows you to toggle a tool at hand to grab the chronology and away from the everywhere where you happen be left and right. I see that hearing has a hand tool if you navigate with the mouse to the top of the window, but it turns out to be a frustrating problem on my bench I have a large monitor, so up there, just to spend a little is frustrating. I know you can hold SHIFT key and scroll the mouse wheel, but this is very insensitive and in many too small increments to be helpful for what I want. I still find myself all just wishing I could grab the chronology of everywhere where is my cursor and simply drag to the left or to the right. Is it possible somehow?

    The left and right of the Page Page is very convenient. Who might do the trick for now.

    So, is there no way to disable the audio scrub? As I am locating in sound FX and things, I'm constantly wishing I could turn that off so I could scrub through the video and find my points of synchronization without hearing my audio monitors ROAR to me. First has it mapped to a keyboard shortcut to quickly switch it on and outside.

    Seems that the first people and the need of people hearing talk to each other a little more...

  • Scroll through the question of the effect

    Hello.

    scenario of
    I'll put up an object when you click it, you are returned to the top of the page.

    I chose to use scrolling effects for it.

    Question

    I use a screen 1920 x 1080 and so the effect of scrolling is set to this standard.

    When I test the site on a smaller screen, the object is out of place, or even off screen.

    Is there a way to make the static object, or put it to a point on the screen it always follow when scrolling on any size monitor?
    have

    Thank you!

    You can pin the object in place, so when you scroll down to the bottom of the page that remains in the same position (instead of scrolling effects)

    Given the scope defined on the left side of your screen should ensure that it is visible on all the monitors of size.

  • behavior of scroll/zoom mouse in the Source monitor

    Hi guys, long time lurker but first time poster. I was wondering if someone could help me with something. Basically, I love mouse scroll/zoom of the features Adobe in the timeline panel, but I hate it in the Source monitor.

    In the timeline you can mouse scrolling the entire timeline to the left, right, up, down. You can use ALT upwards or downwards to zoom, etc. Meanwhile, in the Source monitor, scroll left, right, up, down, alt, etc... He advances to the read head. Which seems redundant when you already JKL.

    It is not so much a problem when you look at images in the Source, but if you are looking to audio (a song or trying to locate a specific point in the dialogue to say), it's really nice to be able to use the mouse to zoom in and out, and scroll around the audio waveform as you would with film in the timeline panel.

    Does anyone know of a framework that could allow this? The only solution I found is hover my mouse the small bar "resizer" (for lack of a better word) which is just above the button in the Source monitor Panel. If the mouse is positioned in this small drop little real estate, you can use the wheel to zoom and scroll the Source monitor Panel... But it would be nice if you could just do that by default. No chance we prefer settingI am not aware of?

  • How to scroll by using the mouse wheel on a parent scroll pane

    Hi guys,.
    Imagine a table. In each cell of the table represents a component of a get. All aspects of ahmed are configured so that the scroll bar is visible only when it is necessary.
    Then, ALL cells contain scroll shutters, but only a few of them actually show a scroll bar.
    The entire table (which is very large) is also in a global scroll pane and is drop-down.

    My problem:
    I want to use the mouse wheel to scroll on the entire table. Because the table contains all its cells do scroll panes, the inner scrollpanes takes very quickly focus and global scrolling stops immediately.
    How can I force the weel mouse seize ONLY on the overall scroll pane? So basically not to transfer events to its internal components?

    I tried to disable the mouse wheel on all aspects of internal scroll:
    xxx.setWheelScrollingEnabled(false);
    ... but it doesn't.
    Any idea?

    So basically not to transfer events to its internal components?

    You must manually transfer the events to the external component to scroll.

    Using the concepts presented in [url http://tips4java.wordpress.com/2009/08/30/global-event-listeners/] Global event listeners, you can do something like:

    import java.awt.*;
    import java.awt.event.*;
    import javax.swing.*;

    public class ScrollSSCCE extends JPanel
    {
         public ScrollSSCCE()
         {
              setLayout( new BorderLayout() );

              Box tables = Box.createVerticalBox();
              final JScrollPane scrollPane = new JScrollPane( tables );
              add( scrollPane );

              for (int i = 0; i < 5; i++)
              {
                   JTable table = new JTable(20, 4);
                   JScrollPane sp = new JScrollPane( table );
                   sp.setPreferredSize( new Dimension(300, 200) );
                   sp.setWheelScrollingEnabled( false );
                   tables.add( sp );
              }

              long eventMask = AWTEvent.MOUSE_WHEEL_EVENT_MASK;

              Toolkit.getDefaultToolkit().addAWTEventListener( new AWTEventListener()
              {
                  public void eventDispatched(AWTEvent e)
                  {
                       Component source = (Component)e.getSource();

                      if (source != scrollPane
                        &&  SwingUtilities.isDescendingFrom(source, scrollPane) )
                      {

  • Flex4 DataGrid - mouse outside the data keeps scrolling DataGrid grid

    Hello

    the DataGrid control has the following behavior: when you click on the DataGrid control and move the mouse upwards on top of it and hold the mouse on top of it, the guard UPWARDS scrolling DataGrid control. When you move the mouse under the bottom of the data grid, the DataGrid scroll guard DROP.

    I am optimize my app for touch devices, and when the user moves his finger on the DataGrid from the bottom to the top, I left the DataGrid scroll in the same direction, which is in DECLINE. If the user now moves his finger beyond the upper limit of the data grid, the DataGrid changes the direction of scrolling.

    How can I avoid scrolling the DataGrid when the mouse moves outside, or how change the direction of scrolling the DataGrid?

    Thanks in advance

    LLD

    You can have to subclass DataGrid and override the dragScroll method.

  • Why do help answers address the question

    My cursor by default is the upper left corner and I want to its default value of the upper right
    When I ask the question how to change that, the answers have NOTHING to do with the sliders and not come close to answering the question
    How can I change the default cursor position?

    Hi ilikefree09, when you click on a link in a web page, when the new page opens, the cursor normally is not placed in a particular place in the page. Instead, the 'focus' is on the body of the entire page. So, if you press the arrow key down, the page should scroll; If you press Ctrl + a, the content of the body must be selected.

    Sites can change this basic behavior by using a script to set the focus to a particular item. For example, Google moves the focus to the search box.

    I don't know of any integrated setting to change this.
