Scrolling without spurts & nod to scroll

Creating good scrolling of pages using CS6 again must you creat the other layouts in the form of separate documents? and can you have a mixture of smooth scrolling items and align items in a folio?

I don't know what you mean by creating some other layouts in the form of separate documents. The only reason that you may need to create replacement provisions in separate documents with InDesign is if you plan to use the import section in the Panel Builder Folio.

You can mix scrolling without jolts and software component articles snap-in one folio. It's a very common thing to do.

  • enable all controls without property nodes

On my FP, there are controls/indicators that are in the hidden state.  I know that I can make them visible with the nodes properties.  However, I was wondering is there a way to do it with just a few clicks?

While in the development environment or execution?

In the development environment, you can right-click on the terminal on the block diagram and select 'Show Control'. Unfortunately, you cannot select multiple controls/indicator to perform this action. I think he had an idea submitted to allow this, but I'm not sure.

  • A witness flashing without property node

    Hey!

I am familiar with property node flashing but I want to do a Flash of the LED due to a timer interfering with a cycle FOR I almost did a VI that compares the value of the timer value y. When the value of the timer is larger than y, then my LED should shine. The timer value is smaller than y then it should turn off. Something wrong, perhaps someone could help me.

I came up with this real quick. I'm sure there are more elegant ways to do this.

  • ASM disk added without scan on the second node

    Hi all

    Oracle Version: 11.2.0.3

I need a help for a problem with the addition of ASM disks.

It is a node two CARS and a disk group was filled.

A drive was available as UNUSED001 and so we renamed it ran scan disk and disk added to the diskgroup on node1.

But, as we have not run scan disk on the second node, the name is still the poster as UNUSED001 and assigned to diskgroup showing as a MEMBER.

In addition, the renamed disk shows as a MEMBER but not attributed with any diskgroup.

Usually, when this heppens we have to restart the node to solve the problem, but would like to get idea if this can be fixed without bouncing nodes.

I restarted node and that fixed the issue.

    Closing this thread.

    Thank you guys.

  • applying the delay in the formula node in labview

    Hi all

If you have not yet done so, please go through the tutorials free online on LabVIEW.

Rarely is the node form the best way to write code in LV native LV constructions can be a little awkward at first for someone with programming experience text.  Once you learn how to use the stream and recognize functions by their icons, you can see that the graphical programming can be powerful and easy to read.

For delays using the function Wait (ms) in the palette of Timing.  If you need a delay in the middle of a calculation (which seems unlikely), you may need to separate the calculation into two parts and put forward (ms) between the parties.  See the image below for a way to do this without no nodes formulas.

  • Compilation failed due to an error of Xilinx (410)

    Hi guys,.

I am compiling my FPGA with the Service Cloud to compile code. I have a FPGA code that compiles without any problem. When I put a knot of FIFO of DMA in this code, I get the error on the Xilinx compiler at the following address:

    ERROR: HDLCompiler:410 - "/ opt/apps/NIFPGA/jobs/CSD2awO_GQdD63p/NiFpgaAG_0000050c_CaseStructureFrame_0001.vhd" line 211: Expression has 66 items; 50 EXPECTED
Netlist NiFpgaAG_0000050c_CaseStructureFrame_0001 (vhdl_labview) remains a black box, due to errors in its content

The code compiles fine without the node of DMA. The DMA is a target to host DMA, 1023 long element (block of memory), the type of the elements is U32.

There is something else on the block schema as well. When I copy the SCTL in a new VI without anything in it, it compiles without problems, without worrying if the node of DMA is here.

Please find the extract VI and the attached summary of errors.

    All ideas are welcome.

    See you soon,.

    Norbert

If the problem seems to be resolved...

I deleted the DMA FIFO of the block diagram node and he still added. After about 40 minutes, I had a successful compilation. Weird.

  • Functions Autonomating

I'm trying to set up a 'writing' (inside a case structure) function when a boolean is set to true for writing certain values, however, I can't work properly. The first problem I get is that labview automatically inserts the nodes of comments. Another problem I am getting is the previous written function series instead of the most recent data points (this happens with and without comment nodes). I left the structure of the continuous wire case in attachment. Any ideas? (The background of this program is for the automation of a Lakeshore 331 Temp controller. I'm under various structures case out of a single Boolean flag called "Temp." stabilized When this indicator lights as true, loop, crosses a csv file that provides the data for this "write" function that I have a problem with. I want this car writing to write the data on temperature controller when the most recent data from the csv file). I joined the program and the csv file that I use.

    Thank you

    Matt

Find nodes in comments is because one branch out of something in the entrance of the same logic. It's like using x to solve for y, but x is determined by what is there. You should know Y BEFORE you can solve for X so labview trying to solve this problem by adding your comments nodes.

Specifically, you have an indexed number power of the upper part to the loop used to set the target time on the time elapsed VI, and using elapsed time? A Boolean to determine the number of iterations to perform the loop before.

Here is the simplest example of what you are doing.

You should look for shift registers and how they work. All the data you want to save to the iteration of the loop iteration to put on a change of logic register.

  • MonthCalendar window cut on the RHS

MonthCalendar .net control display is cut on the RIGHT side. I use LV9 on Window 7 32 bit. I tried to resize the control, but it resets the value by default when the vi is run. I also tried to change the size of property without success node. This problem is reproducible on multiple systems. Everyone knows about this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

I guess that RHS = right side.

My advice is to bag the .NET calendar and use the MonthView of ActiveX control instead.

  • Memory display problem?

    Hi all

I'm working on a big project that has multiple loops simultaneously,

When I click on a menu item, it displays a simple VI that loaded information from an .ini file, but the VI does not itself properly and I need to move my mouse on the VI to display...

I joined 3 photos, the first is the original VI, the way it should be, the 2nd one the VI when launched from the menu and the 3rd the VI after my mouse on it.

I wonder if it's a problem of memory the VI works great when it works only!

    News:

Master VI who call this Subvi is hidding the main window with a .dll file and call the Subvi at the same time, I had problems of flow with screws "hide and restore windows".dll, I restructured the stream to call the Subvi once the main window has been hidden and it works fine without invoke node.

Thank you for your time !

  • Optimization of 2D image is not refresh properly

I have an application that displays an image in a 2D image indicator and draws a few rectangles and lines on the top of the image.

The locations of these lines of change throughout the day, and the application is designed to run reduced and then give a glance at different points of status when it is restored by the user.

Although reduced, however, the image seems not updated, even if my code is updated once per second. I can't really what happens when it is obviously reduced, but the behavior persists for some time after the window is restored, and is the State that is 'frozen' from the time wherever he played.

There are other numerical indicators on the front panel is updated in the same loop of 1 Hz, so I know that its just the indicator of 2D image which does not - that is to say, something with LabVIEW or associated system is causing the image that does not refresh while it is reduced and more importantly still, for some time after the application is restored.

Some things that will cause an update to the image after that I restored to the taskbar to a stale view:

    • Minimize once again, and then restore it again (from the window of LabVIEW)
    • Probe the datapath on the comic for final output to Draw Line that connects to the indicator
    • Wait some time (15 seconds? 30 seconds?)

I also tried to set the following property without effect node:

    • VI > Panel > be different updates from Control Panel > set to False

Another way to think about it would be to imagine a picture control 2D with an analog clock, where the lines are drawn to the hour and minutes and updated once per second.  This isn't what I do, but the example is easy to understand.  When the application is restored from the taskbar, the clock appears frozen in time since the last time it has been minimized.

Same behavior run this in LV 2012 and 2013... I am looking for property nodes or update methods to force a refresh to 1 Hz, without worrying if the display is visible.  The display should be immediately updated when the application is restored by the user.

    Hello m3nth,

I came across something similar a while back - at the time, I think that I found myself using the (Value) property, which seems to force a refresh.

    Kind regards

  • probe shows not executed on some son!

Please help - it seems to be a bug in labview.

I have a no concave vi with enable debugging.

I have a problem to debug several threads - when I put the probe on them - the window of the probe shows "not executed" even though I'm sure

they run because they update of the indicators.

I don't know if it's related - but this happens only in my loops of communication rs232 instrument data.

all the other loops in the VI (which is a very large VI with many other loops running simultanesly) can be debuged without problem.

don't tell me to put the code because I can't.

    Thanks for your time

    Guy

    Ok

After several hours of investigation, I managed to isolate the problem.

I think this is a bug in labview 2012.

I don't know why, but it seems that a node feeback (with external initializer the feedback loop and not z transform node) within my time loop caused the problem.

    After removal-problem gone.

It's weird because I have other loops which has the exact comments without problem nodes.

I hope this will help others

  • ISE pass 1.3 (876) in ISE 1.4 patch 7 or newer

    Hi all

I have a set for active connections approx. 12000 upward with almost 19000 termination points based VM environment. Nodes as below

    (1) an Administrator main node (20 GB of RAM)

    (2) NHP 3 (RAM: 20 GB each)

    (3) a DEM (RAM: 16 GB)

Above set up is active, it is in production, we must move to the version mentioned without interruption of service. After reviewing all the documentation, I found that the downtime is applicable to almost 1.5 to 2 hours or at least 30-40 minutes for PSN and 1 HR for MNT, we use no profiling, database dot1x/MAB

We have an admin for the secondary node, but it is not added to the deployment, please specify best practices and steps to upgrade with or without secondary node admin and downtime there is

++ Important: as you notice we run large-scale (12000 connections) with fewer resources, we expect to increase the RAM so

In my opinion /searches on Web pages, it is preferable to increase the RAM first and then plan upgrade. I have a few questions is not the documents in the guidelines of cisco

    (1) in case update us the RAM, it is true that we have a new facility for ISE VM (new admin/PSN/MNT), because it can see the upgrade of RAM but will not use the same with old VM, for the record, it is mentioned that we have new facility where we intend to upgrade

    (2) I can see the CPU is near 3%, but I regularly receive alerts in average load, is calculated based on Terrain or overall. What is the command to check the CPU peak value and the number of cores assigned, we have 6 hearts at the ISE (see inventory)

    Thanks in advance

  • For various managed server startup script

I have a WebLogic 10.3.4 including webcenter suite which also includes the University Complutense of MADRID. It means that I have 7 managed servers.
Is there a way to create a startup script so that when I start the administration server, some of the managed servers will be also launched?

When I set up the field, I have not set up or install the Manager of nodes. Is it possible without the node Manager, or do I have to install/configure it?

A startscript example can be found here: http://middlewaremagic.com/weblogic/?p=6040 look in the section: from the SOA environment

It shows an example of how to do to start an SOA environment. Note that the example start up a cluster, to launch a single server, you can
    Use start('ServerName','Server') instead of start('ClusterName','Cluster') .

You don't need to install a nodemanager; the procedure to configure a nodemanager is present in the mentioned example section.

Any help to fix this would be appreciated!

    Thank you, Ken

    @Deepak
ADFM.jar is part of adfdomain and should not be deployed with each request.
We have a SR open on the issue of deployment with managed servers (20888768.6, 20737778.6 SR SR and SR 7332002.993). I'm not sure, you can see them, but if you can you may be able to help support at any given time.

    @ken
You can try to install awls without the node Manager and head, you can then deploy. It worked for us.
On the other solution is to put the missing jars in the domain_name/lib folder. There are taken into account pots the server starts.
