  Once you post for sale, this can take a few hours to spend, all devices. Have you tried refreshing the app worl app to see if that helps? You see your application on the web site of the App World?

  I deleted the app RSS Social after installing the OS6 upgrade thinking I would not use it.  I would try it again, but can't find where to download the application.  I searched AppWorld and can't find it.  I've upgraded via OTA and when I plug in the BB for Mac Desktop Manager 2.0, I don't see the installation option.

  Anyway, yes the app "Drive Safe.ly" (not drive intelligently) was one of the many free apps endowed with RIM in 2011. If you have downloaded and installed the application before December 31, you can always access the free version of your AppWorld > MyWorld. If it has been uninstalled, it should appear in your uninstalled MyWorld.

  If it seems not there... do a refresh on your MyWorld

• BlackBerry smartphones updated my OS but lost App World and all of my current applications. Torch 9810. Help, please.

  I plugged my lamp to my laptop and the desktop software told me that there was an OS update (version 7.0 bundle 2406 v7.0.0.585 platform 5.0.0734). I thought fair enough - probably extra security, etc. on the new version so I advanced and loaded after doing a full backup.

  This delete all my contacts, media, app world and all the applications that I had downloaded. I did a restore but then put it back into place all my contacts and the media, app world and all applications seem to have disappeared, and I can't seem to get them or even to make global icon reappear.

  Well, RIM develops upgrades of the OS, your mobile operator "put out there" for you to upgrade.

  And there are many warnings rich to do upgrades of the OS without first accomplishing your own backup device independent... but this is not serious now.

  1. Anywho, do... go into Options > device > Applications, search AppWorld on your list and IF it is, delete it.
  2. Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.
  3. Now, use your browser to go to the www.blackberry.com/appworld and download/install AppWorld again.

  There are a lot of QR scanners. I use that of JaredCo and am very happy with it. Search AppWorld "scan QR' to find one you like.

  Delete AppWorld from your phone and reinstall it, and then update again (if necessary). It is possible that the update has been altered during the download or installation.

  Think about a feature request, I guess. Currently when you are looking for some of the most common applications such as Google Maps and Opera Mini, you get completely insane results. I don't know if it's the ranking that is broken, or if the application does not only exist, but it is unacceptable.

  And don't tell me "it's not our fault - developers must submit their applications to us." If this is the case currently, RIM should certainly complement these developer comments w / consumer applications.

  You do not find or install your own application on BlackBerry World. This is part of their design.

  If you want to see your application, simply go to BlackBerry World on the web.

  I have developed an application and I gt the appworld account. I want to download my app from appworld now. My app supports Blackberry "BOLD", storm and torch curve. But I don't want to make only one application, coz that will increase its size. I want to make it as 4 separate application and download the appworld. But I want to download apps with the same name and features. I want that if a person search for the application in appworld having diff phones, the same name should be displayed, and not just for the bb bold AppName_bold, curves en AppName_curve. It is therefore possible to uplaod app with the same name but different models, while wen someone download the app, appropriate model will be get downloaded in its ph

  I guess that's an easy question, but I searched this forum and have not found answer to this day. I have a soft, and a button in this App touch this button should launch AppWorld. I guess it's a server connection here or maybe some special API? Code examples would be amazing.
