  Spent in IMAP and ended up with two inboxes (w8dn & weightdn @...). Switched to records unified to get all emails in one place. I get emails from many of many email lists if you need to create folders and filter emails in the appropriate folder. I can make this as set up or will it return to the POP server?

  Yes. Local folders account is provided by Thunderbird for just this purpose; a generalized situation of storage independent of the account. The filter is located under Tools | Message filters. Right click on the sender in a message header will also create a filter.

  With Thunderbird, you by default will have a separate set of folders for each account. This way gives you the opportunity to keep separate accounts (some users require) and you can also use the saved searches, Unified files and local files to merge accounts (other users require too!)

  I know that the subject of the screen orientation has been crossed many times already, but I've searched and searched in the webworks put on an answer and can't find it.

  My application is made for the landscape. I have 2 options. ((1) lock app in landscape which I think still can be done using webworks (but please correct me if I'm worng) or 2) to scale the app for the portrait.

  Because to my knowledge 1) cannot be done, I'll focus on 2). Has anyone seen or written a javascript/css script that checks if the user holds the tablet in landscape or portrait and adapt to the 2 on-the-fly switching of b/w? My app is made for 1024 x 600. I know it can evolve using CSS 0.6 starting to adapt to the screen, but I don't know how to check and then re - evolve afterwards with javascript.

  In fact, you can lock in landscape orientation with

  your config.Xml file. Just remove the space after "rim:" because I added it to prevent the Bulletin Board to return as , haha.

• Edit-Find-search messages for a word of the object in the unified inbox folders can't find anything.

  This has been a problem for some time, updates have not solved. If my Question isn't clear yet, though I know that a single word was about a message, but don't know which of my four accounts to find it, I'll click on the Inbox and all four accounts combined into what we call "unified folders". So I'll edit, find, search for Messages, select "subject" and type in the key word, but it always happens don't not find the email.
  And if I remember correctly, this problem occurs if I search the body of emails - it takes just as long to come up empty-handed.

  In the latter case, I manually searched all my accounts and found, dated May 14. So then to test the system, I clicked on the Inbox of this one account and tried searching again, and not only this one, but dozens of other emails were found, all with the keyword in their subjects.

  So why the search function does not work in unified folders?

  OK, the unified inbox is in itself a saved search. If your search a saved search. What try global research. (Ctrl + K)

  My webworks app is used enterprise search & discover tap application into LDAP. The app is built almost 100%. I would like to use the amazing kind and go BlackBerry 10 features, especially those who use a device of Q10. For this I tried to register my app as a search engine so that all the user has to do is to just start typing the name of the person and my application should appear as one of the applications in the area of research extend to the user can click on my icon of the application there and provide an entry in my application for the continuation of research outside the traditional way to launch the application and then do a search.

  Now when I try this after signing my application and deployment on the Q10, I tried searching "Bob," for example, and my application does not appear in the search, expand, according to the documentation.

• Unified search indexing, how long does it take?

  The insertion point of application data to the point of appearing in search results?

  I run the example RIM 6.0 and after the data is added to that research is just "indexing...". Search results may be incomplete. Message.   Needless to say that the results never appear.

• Integrating the unified search app

  I'm trying to integrate my application with unified search. So far I managed to save the app as a provider of external research hassle, but when I try to expose my data of unified search API I can not all results when searching for universal Home Screen search.

  Also, I ran the UnifiedSearchDemo sample that is provided with the JDK again and I noticed that the POI of this application data are also not visible when searching on homescreen (only on the search inside the app screen).

  So my question is, do I need to do any extra step so my data appears to the user to do the research

  from the home screen.

  There is another issue here as well.

  The application of universal search looking for another value to return to the getType method of the class that implements EntityBasedSearchable by mistake.

  As a work around you can OR the type with 1 l (1, not eleven long) as shown below.  Our development team is aware of this problem and a solution is planned for a future version of BlackBerry device software.

  I'm looking at the request of UnifiedSearchDemo and I wonder how to do work like google and appworld "widgets."

  In the demo application, some points of interest are published, but of course the app shows only in search results if the string matches...

  However, the google widget and others like seem to match any string in the search field.

  Does anyone have an idea on how to proceed?

  You can set browser.urlbar.unifiedcomplete to false to remove the suggestion to visit the location bar page menu drop-down.
  Note that the sound is not really new, but it has now enabled by default in Firefox 43.

  IIRC, you must first select an appropriate folder to hold a saved search. Mine are all in local folders.

  I rarely use unified myself and I didn't notice any problems with the envoys. I will check later when I have Thunderbird in front of me. I don't see why it shouldn't be offered under unified view. One of your sent records have custom names, such as "sent items"?

• TB show all my Inbox, but will not display the emails in my most recent account in the unified inbox.

  Thunderbird all my email accounts successfully appears in the list of accounts and all mailboxes of reception is displayed correctly but it does not display e-mail messages to my new address in the unified inbox. To see them, I have to click on this particular e-mail accounts box. In every sense, this account seems to be set up the same as all the others. The new email account is a second account using Zoho. What do you think is the problem?

  right click on the folder, select Properties, and then click the search folder. Manually update your new account.

• Unified junk folder don't show Yahoo mail even when added manually

  I put folders for unified. This shows the single folder of junk mail with the name of accounts as its subfolders.

  The list in the left pane is a bit like this:

  -GMAccount1
  -GMAccount2

  All accounts are IMAP accounts.

  I also have Yahoo IMAP account where the Junk folder is designated as mass mailings.

  Default thunderbird does not believe in junk e-mail, so what I do is:
  (1) right-click on the unified junk e-mail folder and go to properties
  (2) the title of "Select records to search" I manually add the mail folder in bulk for Yahoo accounts.

  After adding, I expect that the inscription on the left side would become:

  Junk
  -GMAccount1
  -GMAccount2
  -YahooAccountName

  But it does not show YahooAccount as a subfolder. (Even after you restart thunderbird)

  But surprisingly, when I click on the unified junk of top-level folder, then it shows emails in "Bulk Mail" in the right pane.

  Which means there's a minor display bug that does not display the folders included in the unified folder.

  Please let me know if there are good solution or please fix the bug.

  I found a solution:

  Goto YahooAccount properties
  Junk mail settings
  Destination and retention
  Check the movement new unwanted messages to:
  Other: Bulk mail on YahooAccount
  Restart thunderbird

  This average thunderbird knows it of the junk mail folder, then starts it displays under folder "unified Junk."

  This solves the problem, but I guess this shouldn't be necessary.

  Any account mentioned in "Select records to search" (in the properties of the unified folder - as mentioned above), should appear under this "unified record."

The mails are downloaded and available if I search under the Yahoo account but are not part of the unified list. I have repaired all folders and compacted all records to try to fix this without a bit of luck. I use Thunderbird with lightning 2.6.6 24.6.0 calendar and sorting records 1.1 manually add ons. Everything worked fine for several weeks and arrested the week without significant change. Manually, I download and install the updates and only updates (Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1) system have been Windows Defender (definition files) and as a result of security Norton (also the definition files). Yahoo is configured as an IMAP account. I hope that I have provided all the information you need to help. I really prefer to use folders unified if possible. I also tried the following by a similar thread.

  Menu (Alt + H) help > troubleshooting information
  Click the display folder.
  Close Thunderbird
  Open the mail folder
  Open the folder of boxes smart mailbox
  Delete the inbox and inbox.msf files
  Restart Thunderbird.

  This did not help.

  Thank you for the help and so fast. I checked for the option "Match all messages" and found that it set correctly. I also noticed a line reading 'Some files to search' next to a radio "Select..." button "I clicked on the button"choose... ". "and found that the check box next to the Yahoo Inbox was empty, I checked it. Problem solved. I appreciate the help you provided. I'm not sure I would have found the answer if you don't direct me in the right direction.
