  Thanks for the answer to my problem. I tried your suggestions, but the particular Trojan horses and Virus FraudTool.Win32.Fake (A Rogue Security hoax) had smeared my registry entries to not allow downloads.

  However, when I downloaded and followed the instructions with VIPRE rescue, he was able to clean and eliminate all problems. Now I feel safe at last.

  I have Iolo antivirus protection and last night helped to upgrade, and now my system won't allow to turn me on the firewall. Also the Iolo anti-virus was arrested as well. I had to use maleware bytes as protection against the virus, but I only installed the trial version. When I run the full scan it is no problem, and when I ran the scanner download from microsoft, we don't find any problem either. My computer still works, but it's just a matter of time before he died. This has happened before with my other computer and it ruined the drive. I'm running out of ideas on what to do next - any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  I need help to get my computer back to normal.

  It seems to me that the Word process does not and is not able to create macros to create PDF documents with the Cosmi perfect PDF Creator.
