• 'Save attachments' feature in Windows Mail no longer works

  When I display all the messages in my Inbox Windows Mail with an attachment, as the 'Save attachments' feature in Windows Mail is "grayed out" on the FILE menu drop-down (both when you view messages in the preview pane, and when the message is opened).  The attachment trombone appears in the folder list, but I can see is the trombone of attachment in the preview pane to open the attachment.  If I open the message, I can see and open the attachment and save it then its native application (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.). Used in order to save attachments without opening, but this feature is now disabled.  To using Vista Home Premium (v6.0.6002 sp2), Norton 360 (latest version 5.1) and just updated to IE9. Tools/Options/Security of attachments checkbox is not checked. Need help.

  I had a very bad computer crash about a month ago because of a Trojan horse that I contracted.  A friend reinstalled my programs and a microsoft security to hopefully prevent a repeat of this kind of event.  Everything has been great to work except that I could not get my wireless set up to work.  (I use a router linksys WRT160Nv2) I could use it when attached, but it just wouldn't connect wirelessly. Info on linksys website, I realized that there might be a firewall problem.  I struggled to solve the problem, but eventually resort to reset the router.  Now I can access to my wireless, but whenever I try to put the privacy settings on the router, my computer is unable to establish a connection.  It does not seem to resemble microsoft security intervenes.  I don't want to lose any security so I wonder how I can work around this problem, if, indeed, I am wrong in my assumptions. Thanks for any help you provide.

  It is possible that when your friend reinstalled things (I guess
  This includes reinstallation of Windows), it didn't reinstall the
  good driver for your wireless network card. This could be obtained from
  the web site of the manufacturer of your computer (if the adapter was
  Builtin) or the manufacturer of the wireless adapter (if it's an add-on).
   
  Before doing this, however, and because you CAN connect wireless, do
  the the following:
   
  Open network connections (start > Control Panel > network connections)
  Right-click on the icon for your wireless adapter and select Properties
  Click the wireless networks tab
  In the list under preferred networks, delete the entry for your own
  Network (and all others that you do not plan to connect)
  OK your way out.
   
  Now try to connect in the usual way. Is that what you asked a password? If
  so, make sure that you enter the correct password that you configured in your router.

  Has just been given a Curve 8520 by my son, lucky me. When he gave it to me, he had all of its parameters to another network and wifi. So I thought it would be easier to do a thorough cleaning and start a new one.

  However, since doing so I have no e-mail setup and no option to update software or wifi. "" I tried to download the new software, but it happens in the ' Check for updates screen "and goes no further. I have to close and restart the computer. I left it running for more than 3 hours thinking that it can work, but nothing helped. I tried with the desktop running and without, with and without sim card software.

  It is also likely that these features are absent because the device must be connected to the BlackBerry network.  Go to Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Tables, press the BB Menu key and select Save now.  Who will be re - register your device on the network BlackBerry and should download the necessary info to get your device will.  Be aware that you will have a BlackBerry data plan on your device to do this, so be sure that it is set up in advance.  If this is not the case, contact your carrier to do it for you.

  Once this is done, you may also send your service books.  The steps above should display your e-mail settings, and once it goes to the e-mail settings, connect to BIS (if necessary), press the BB Menu key and select Service books.  You can then return your Service books.

  Note: If this still does not work, you may need to reload the OS.  If you must go this route try the procedure described here:

  Does anyone know how / if you can lock down the use of the function "New ID..." When you select this certificate to sign with. In our environment, we do not use the functions of CA validation or signature. The default option is the certificate on our users of smart cards, but they still have the ability to create an ID/certificate. When the windows certificate store option is used, the signature and certificate all pass the avialable of validation controls in the suite Adobe. This means that, to the untrained eye, each certificate used to sign a field in a PDF file will be valid apprear as long as the data has not missed one of the above mentioned security checks.

  I did y hours of open source search and cannot find a way to lock this feature or to limit options available for our users certifcate import would be forced to use only the certificate on the smart card. Safety tips would be appreciated.

  I have developed a form in LiveCycle ES-2. There is a feature in the form: after completing all the required fields if the user tries to send before you save the form, and then it will prompt the user to save the form in a different file name. It works fine in Acrobat 9 Pro. But when I open the form in Adobe Reader and try to do the same operation the form is saved, but it is an empty form. How to get over with?

  With all the concern for safety, I can't understand why a third-party program can just open my browser without permission or warning and load any page please. I install a new program or update an old and it opens a thank you page or the implementation. I uninstall a program and it opens an investigation into the reasons for leave. I click on a button in a memory intensive game and Firefox to suck the rest of my RAM and cause a malfunction.
  At least with the combination of Mozilla and my anti-virus protections I worry too much taken to a malicious site or other evil applications of this vulnerability, but it's annoying. The decision to open Firefox (or any program) should not be mine alone?

  If your firewall or other security software has this feature, you can configure the rules to deal with that. For example, by default, you can prevent external applications to launch web browsers. You could then define rules for specific applications to allow them to launch web browsers. This way you can always click on links in an email client and open them in a browser, for example.

  As far as I know, no navigation software only allows you to ignore links launched by external applications. You can request this feature by submitting a bug enhacement, so relevant report does not already exist.
