• SP U400 - cannot return to the desktop after entering in the mode 'sleep' by closing the lid

  Satellite Pro U400 V-11 I used for a week. I don't know if this is a problem or I did something wrong. My setting of closing the lid is recording mode "Eve" in Vista.

  When I close the lid and open a few minutes later it's ok, I see the password login screen. But if the computer is in "sleep" for a while it does not return to the office when I lift the lid. The screen is black. Fan started working then quiet several times.

  The first three LEDs on the left are green. Keyboard does not respond. And also switch / stop does not work either I press once on or hold it. And only after I unplug the power adapter and press the power, it works. But it restarts the system and Windows could not close correctly the error message is displayed.

  Is this normal or something wrong with the mode 'sleep'?

  Someone suggested to update the BIOS and the display driver

  So I highly recommend it too much
  See the European driver of Toshiba page, choose the model right for laptop and try to update the BIOS, then the display driver.

  Reboot the laptop and see if the problem still occurs.

  Hello community.

  I updated my Xperia M4Aqua a few days earlier of 5 Android to Android 6.

  The update worked fine. But since then, I can't find the information of the artist or the album in-app music. Instead, it shows just an empty space.

  Strangely, the title and the genre of music is displayed correctly.

  During playback of a track, the app run correct title, but also shows "unknown artist" and "unknown album".

  I deleted the cache and data local to the application, but nothing has changed. Then I downloaded the VLC Player on play store. Fortunately he read the files correctly, so that the information is still in the files. Just the music app is not showing them.

  Can anyone help? I really like to use the music app Sony again, because I love her and I am used and the VLC player crashes from time to time.

  Hi uliwooly, I just uploaded the folder music on the PC and on the phone and all of a sudden, all the information of the song are back. Strange error, but worked for me. Just the playlists are empty now :-(

  Not sure where the problem is, be it in Windows, Office or Outlook. What is happening is that I have some forms that have been created using Office 10 and then converted to PDF with Adobe. I send the forms to a customer, it fills them and send in return. When I get the form, she seems to be empty, when I click on a line or area, the data is displayed. I talked to one of the clients, they had a Mac. They filled out the form and sent to themselves and it worked fine, they have sent to me and it was empty. Doc or Docx files were much less compatible with the general public, so the pdf was selected to give the broadest compaibility.  I must also make known, that most of the people using the forms, fill them out and send them to us, everything works fine. I managed to send back a guy who had a problem and he was quite in computer science and was the MAC, he had no idea as well and I'm not really able to say if it is only with people who use MACSs we cannot read their forms.

  At first I thought it was a police matter, but if I click on the box that appears to be empty, the data will appear, but if I click on another line or box, the previous data are hidden and that data will be displayed on the line/box that I click on. If I print the form none of the full customer data are printed.

  I have dozens and dozens of forms filled by other customers who appear fine and print correctly.

  I have no idea on Macs. I know there are disasters sometimes when files are exchanged between a Windows and Mac (seen all the time with folk in College) system.

  If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. Please follow the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. This might help others with the same problem.

Go to https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub/Help/, sign in the upper right corner, then click on 'get help' on the left side. Select the customer contact and store windows. After you have entered your phone number, they call you and deal with the issue quickly.
