I have a paid subscription of CC, but it keeps returning all the apps in the "trial" versions
I have a paid subscription of CC, but on one two computers, it keeps returning all the apps to 'trial' often to 0 days versions. How do the versions "paid / activated ' stick?

AY yo I made a purchase plan only app to 200 per year and the darn creative cloud thing won't let me use the thing, I bought. It keeps giving me the trial version.

Check the details of your account on Adobe.com to see if the active subscription will appear.
Sign in to creative cloud with the SAME Adobe ID (what is essential, since it is the only way for her).

University paid for 1 year of CC, but I'm stuck with the trial version.
I'm supposed to have adobe CC through my University, but when I log into my account it says only: "free membership". I went through all of the installation process and to redeem my code but Adobe gave me a trial subscription. Other users have one year of paid service subscription. How can I do to convert my subscription to the correct version. I need a Windows XP bootdisk with all service packs. I have a drive (bought) under license or legitimate only it doesn't have any service pack on this disc. Personally, I have had success using nLite. Others swear by Autostreamer. Or you can do it manually.
There is some confusion about the "Gold" XP update (with no service pack) to SP3. If you have installed XP Gold and you want to update your existing installation, you must update to sp1, 1A, or 2 before upgrading to sp3 again.
For this reason, some people suggest a slipstreamed sp1a or sp2 using your CD-ROM CD but XP and then to a sp3 CD based on one that you just created.

I checked your account using the email address you use here in the forums, but I don't see any order history. May register with a different email address? Or you sign up via the player mobile app for iOS or Android? If you got your subscription via an in-app purchase, Adobe wouldn't have the time of your order. And, you should contact the app store, if there is a problem with your subscription.

Trial software, but have a paid subscription?
I saw similar posts, but none of the answers have worked for me. I tried the update, the signing in and out, closing and restarting programs without result.
I'm on a Mac using El Capitan 10.11.3. Basically, I had a subscription across the CC suite (student) and he said: I am currently using the trial version or it has expired (according to programme). But I have to pay the subscription, it shows on my adobe account and my bank statements. As I said above, I tried logging in and out of the account both within individual software as well as the Manager of CC.
