• Cannot get my menu buttons drop down to post a link to the next scene.

  I can't get my menu buttons drop down to connect other scenes in the same Flash file.  The buttons are unresponsive during playback - as if no code was attached to him.  Here is what I have as my AS2 code on abandonment button which is supposed to link to the "Published" scene / page:

  You can use different scenes.

  but don't use scene for navigation information (in your actionscript code).

  for example, if you want to use a goto in the 18th frame of stage 5, label which frame (for example, "frame18_scene5") and use:

  You can add items to the list in a specific order, which would be to load the elements in an array, sorting and then load in the dropdown list drop-down list.  This would be in the click event of the button Add.

• List drop-down selection within html cfgrid

  I have a html with a drop-down list grid in one of the cells. Its a rerouting menu but for help a standard drop-down list doesn't do the same.
  
  When it is placed in the cfgrid controls everything works very well with respect to rendering, but the GUI acts a bit strange because of the dhtml and css involved in the controls cfgrid.
  
  In order to select something from the menu drop-down I have to click on the cell/row to select I want to interact with, so I have to double click it to expand the select control to select an option. Is anyway to bypass this and be able to simply select an item in the drop-down list normally?

  I just installed a Belkin modem-router - which went well. Can I connect WiFi gadgets etc. I can also connect to the internet via a network cable to my pc. I also installed a belkin usb wireless adapter and in Device Manager, says it is enabled and works.

  My problem is, I have no way of choice get a WiFi PC to display in the list (from the notification area) and cannot get the pc to give me options to create a wi - fi connection. The more I get to try to do that is "unexpected error"!

  If someone could help on this - I would be very grateful

  Good news - update of my ongoing saga with this Belkin modem/router.

  Got the pc to see wi - fi now. It turned out to be the Zone Alarm! As the router has a firewall, I uninstalled Zone Alarm completely. Also, I went into the properties of belkin usb and checked it was the most recent drivers, it does not so I installed them.

  Hi mdsavol,

  Your observations are accurate. The 'suggestions' are previous entries in the same column that correspond to what has been entered so far in the active cell. The only direct user control is to activate the function turn on or off in numbers preferences > general.

  There are other ways to include or exclude items of suggestions:

  • To remove typos in the suggestions list, the user must correct the typos in the cell above the active cell. If they are more in the list, they won't be presented as suggestions.
  • To include selections added to the list, the user must enter these suggestions in the individual cells above the active cell and column where they are wanted as suggestions.

  There was a request here a while there is a list of suggestion 'live' similar to those of some websites, which offers a descending list of possible entries as a type in an input box.

  The only way I see to reach a solution similar to what you have asked is to use as many lines at the top of the non-en-tete of the table section to list the items likely to repeat in your table, and then hide the lines. You'll need a list for each column where you want to use this feature with a list previously planted. Existing items will then require a likely hit up to three, then a click to choose from a list small enough to enter a value into a cell. Box 2 is named customer ID and will contain a unique identification code assigned to each customer.

  I do not use Spry because Adobe abandons the framework last year.  Spry is not available in DW CC (ver 13).

  What you want is called a "select conditional" that can be done very well with jQuery.

  Basically, the 2nd selection list is hidden until the user makes a selection in the list 1.

  I can see the same thing at my end as well. Please remove the third-party widget and embedded in the page html codes, then check if the problem persists.
