Sending Adobe Customization
I used Adobe (and/or SendNow) for a while and have been happy with it. However, I can't find the area to customize the cover email, such as the addition of a (very important to have a detailed signature) signature and my logo. As it is, I have to add manually each time. Help?
You must only upload your logo once and then you can use simply by selecting the option to add your Logo & color for the recipient Page:
There is no provision to store and reuse a detailed in the email signature. I'll pass along the request to the product team.

Adobe Customization Wizard completed treatment.
I've searched and can not find this error code 27 shows. Does anyone have any suggestions?
This is done on a Macbook Pro 15 "retina (mid-2014), 2.8 GHz i7 with 16 GB of RAM. I am running 10.10.3 on the machine.

I actually found the question. I was running the wizard to customize the DMG somehow instead of starting from the directory/applications. Still not sure how I managed that one - perhaps not enough of coffee. I noticed in the log after a few tries more and my post:
Launch /Volumes/Adobe Customization Wizard/Acrobat DC.app / Customization Wizard...
I hope my post can prevent someone else pulling the hair!

You can send a file to up to 200 recipients in each "transaction". Hope that answers your question.

Sending Adobe in Acrobat XI Std - integration with Outlook 2013
I recently updated a user of Office 2007-2013 of the Office. The installation for Office 2013 was a new installation (not a real upgrade). Before the upgrade, the user is able to use the send Adobe Acrobat Standard XI (11.0.10) feature to send documents to multiple recipients without the need to type all the email addresses in. After the upgrade, the function to use Adobe send in Acrobat XI seems to have disappeared, forcing the user the journal through the browser, but you must type the e-mail address for each recipient. As you can guess, it is a very painful process, especially considering how it worked like a charm for her before the upgrade.
Y at - it a function or an add-on that should be applied to Outlook 2013 and Acrobat XI integrate?

Send Adobe allows you to choose how many days your files can be downloaded - as with Adobe send now? Also, why don't I see the antivirus message more with 'Send' versus 'Send now'?
There is no automatic expiry of sent files coming. If you want to prevent to be downloaded, you can cancel them at any time.
All files uploaded to our servers * are * virus research. I don't know why we are is no longer displayed the message while scanning is in progress. I can ask the team if you want me to.

I run Adobe Customization Wizard each time on each new incremental update of player, or just once a major revision (Reader 9, Reader X)?
Not answered this question because it would be better asked in the forum for enterprise deployment. The Wiz is a tool of deployment of the NTS and is used only for initial deployments in most cases. It allows to customize the installer and the product when it is first installed. You can use it for all installations, but it is a less common scenario.
Usually, you customize the first version you install and then just apply updates as they become available.

I'm working on a proof of concept in order to send a PDF file to a web service, I am running an obstacle as to send, and how the Web Service should receive the data.
I've read conflicting documents about what Adobe sends. Some say that it is SOAP, some say that HTTP, some say you need the life cycle, some say you don't have. I have what I think, it's a valid Web Service (ASP.NET and c#), but after several attempts and changes the button returns an error in Adobe and no action seems to be made (I am so he could write the file to the server). I did web services in the past, but this is the first I do where the sender is really a 'black box' as to what it sends.
I was essentially beaten my head against the wall for a few days and I'm really looking for an example (or even at this stage a little snipit) of what code I need for the side c# Web Service to accept the request. All links to other sources of information would be appreciated as well. After that, I think I could continue with my actions. At this point, I just want to see something happen to the service without returning an error, whether it is PDF, XML file... anything.

You do not use a web service to do this, it's just a regular request for HTML. And no, TOT is not necessarily the way to go. It is usually simpler to present as HTML and then just deal with what looks like a submission form, a normal web form. From there, you are no longer dealing with anything that are specific to Adobe Acrobat. For example look at this tutorial: working with HTML forms in ASP.NET Web Pages (razor) Sites. The ASP.NET Site
Only if a submission of 'normal' forms isn't what you're looking for, should - what invest you time and money in the search of the FDF/XFDF or full PDF presentation. I would stay away from FDF and XFDF except if you need features to FDF which are not implemented in XFDF (for example, annotations, or JavaScript). XFDF has the advantage that it is a format based on XML "modern" and therefore easier to analyze.
To report status to the PDF form, you always need to use the FDF however.

Send Adobe does not not in Outlook 2010?
I click on the file attach via Adobe send Ribbon button and a window pops up to select the file. The file is selected and then a login screen appears. I connect and then another window will appear with the words "Welcome to the OAuth Acrobat page" and nothing else. Nothing else happens. No other windows. It is not clear that the program is downloading. !
On a wild guess, I changed my password for general Adobe. My password list showed a different password for the function of sending the general one. I tried the password and send now works fine.

This looks like a known issue that affected users of Internet Explorer for a while.
Could ask you your customer to find the setting "do not save encrypted on disk pages" in IE and uncheck the box if it is enabled.

E-mail addresses will not be stored, but will be saved in the sent items.
You can use the plugin Adobe send to Outlook instead.
