I am using Outlook 2007 on Win10. But I use Outlook.com as master of my Contacts to sync and backup purposes. That's why I encourage you to try outlook.com and you'll like it.

  I just moved to a new PC (ex: Sony Vaio with win 7 pro, outlook 10 pro > new: duo of vaio from sony with win 8, Outlook 13 home office 365). I used to sync outlook contacts and calendars with blackberry and iphone and ipad on my old laptop using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

  Now with my new PC, iphone and ipad are always works well and they synchronize with outlook: new entries on the outlook calendar and new contacts are added to my laptop and vice versa, but when I connect my Blackberry "BOLD" I n get the updates.

  I confirm that I use the latest version of the desktop manager 7.0.

  My organizing Office Manager is configured to sync both calendar and contacts

  Any idea please?

  I would like to know what is the problem with the steps listed below I run for my HTC HD2 Windows Mobile 6 synchronized with a Samsung under Windows 8 and Oulook 2013 tablet.

  General information: I used to successfully sync the HD2 even with a pc running Windows XP via Active Sync

  (1) I installed WMDC firstly on the Samsung tablet which has replaced Active Sync
  (2) I am able to connect the HD2 with the Tablet by launching WMDC
  (3) I can see synchronization running between two devices
  (4) it seems that all is well: I see WMDC window showing contacts, calendar, notes, etc. in sync...

  When it is finished I open Outlook on the Windows 8 tablet, and there is nothing of :-)

  Can someone help me understand what I need to do?

  OK, so I was able to solve the problem. I created manually the registry entry in respect of providers of Instant Messaging. I used the PID of the Task Manager. However which has not immediately solved the problem. After you create the registry entries I had to uninstall and reinstall Skype. Then it came into force and the Outlook integration began to work properly.

  I just downloaded Windows 10.  My Contacts and calendars from my iPhone and iPad will be synchronized with Outlook (2013).  I made settings were right to iCloud, but when I click on iCloud contacts or calendar, I get an error message that says: "cannot open all the files.  The information store cannot be opened.   No idea what it means.

  Has anyone seen this message?  What "information store" is this referring?
