  The serial number would be recorded in the BIOS, not the registry.

  The internal IP is probably dynamic and is newly assigned to every start.

  The external IP address is probably also dynamic and is assigned by your ISP.

  I have recently restored a HP DV7 3063 cl laptop that died a hot mother (MB). I put in 4 G memory cool, got the computer to work and installed Windows 10.

  There isn't any publicly available method to update information in the BIOS.  HP only authorized service providers can update the MB after installation.  You will get this message during boot every time.  You also won't be able to run a recovery since the recovery media is looking for this information.

  The PXE errors generally occur during the initialization of the network is listed in the boot order before the hard drive.

  None of these methods relocation normally requires that you insert a product key when reinstalling.

  Contact the manufacturer of your computer and have them shoot to the top of the order for your PC and they should be able to pull the top of your serial number {I could do with my Dell} - (if you bought through them - maybe it's not possible if you bought the computer at a point of sale where the serial number is not saved unless you have submitted a registration form for) the manufacturer and then it depends on the manufacturer or not they keep this information available and are ready to reveal it to you).  But other than what Malke suggested, it's the only way I know to get the serial number if it rubs off the laptop.

  I'm having a hard time to believe that they need a serial number and cannot identify a compatible adapter of just the name, brand and model (and number).  I'm sure there are other suppliers who can meet your needs without that level of detail.

  2. Turn off the computer and once you turn on, keep pressing the F10 key to load into the BIOS screen, and you can locate the serial number in the main menu
  3. Power off the computer and once you turn on, keep the button pressing ESC to load the start menu. In the start menu, you need to press the F1 key to load information system
  4. Once you have access to windows, press FN + ESC key simultaneously to find a popup that displays system information from your laptop.
