• FF7 installed but keeps saying ver3 even after uninstalling and reinstalling FF7

  had problems with firefox crashing a lot – had automatic updates-worm checked and said was ver3.6 wow, installed ver7 and run after installation. but after new opening and closing dates to ver3.6 so uninstalled fire3fox even completely bookmarks and others. then downlaoded and reinstalled ver7, newest, ran fine until I closed and reopened, and then becomes ver3.6. someone else? do not understand that. no other problems - except initially was breaking some sites - especially break.com when I came here, but others also. why I tried to update.

  I installed DVD for a perpetual license and have the serial number.  Also, when I go to 'manage my account' it shows that I bought Lr and provides S/N.  However, when I run Lr, I keep getting the message on the remaining days.  I was expecting it to disappear after the uninstallation of the test and installation and the upgrade to the paid version (not CC).  The message says I have 6 days remaining until the end of the trial.  I don't want to lose my job in 6 days.  How can I ensure that my paid version will continue after 6 days?

• AAM registration Photoshop as installed, but it is not.

  I know why it's happening, but not how to fix it. I had to do a system restore and initially would run any Adobe Application Manager, I solved this problem to patch the program with the manual update, but shows as installed Photoshop, which is no more. How can I get the AAM to recognize that Photoshop is no longer on the computer so that I can reinstall? Thank you.

  CS Cleaner tool did not work for this problem, but here's what works: I went to the main download Adobe and clicked on 'Try' Photoshop page. During the download process, I got these three options; trial subscription, purchase. I chose the subscription and logged in with my Adobe ID code I was able to successfully download Photoshop, bypassing the MAO. Once installation is complete, I then opened the MAO and did all the updates that are available. Photoshop is now actually installed and displays incorrectly in the MAA. Problem solved.

  Hi Jeff, I already did with her... I just... EXPECTED! Creative cloud did not send any message or communication at all but then I got the installation procedure has begun... unexpected! I think the only problem was the internet connection... don't really know.

  Cannot install updates of Creative Cloud

• Tried to update Acrobat 8.0 Pro after a re - install but no updates found

  Having had a problem with Acrobat Pro V8 and re - install (repair failed) I am now back to version 8.0, but would definitely come back to the 8.3.1 that I had before, or even nothing 8.1 place would be a good thing!

  The question we had is now fixed... but stuck with no updates!

  I had a good search, but most of the references just point to the Download Center that covers only the v10 and most recent.

  We must keep v8 for some outlets of convenience for a third-party tool and we tried v9 upwards which is not compatible, and the provider is out years business there, so we're stuck with v8...

  Any help would be appreciated
