  I run a large Intranet and want to standardize the way in which a large part of the work of flash files. They all need some standard bits of data, but at the time where they are located in the txt files in the same path reletive as movies, when you use LoadVars, it resembles params.txt. Rather than to have 100 + param.txt files that are the same, I want to have place at the root of the server - who refer to all the flash movies. However, I don't want to hardcode the name of the server in the ACE, as if we upgrade/change servers so let's say updated of all movies. Thus, the Flash can detect the IP address of the server that she will roll on without any outside help (for example, by changing a variable as a parameter to URL in Flash)

  If your SWFs reside on the same server, so you can get the first part of the url.

  It should give you http://subdomain.domain.com

  If that's what you want... if its ip address then that is what you will get. You can't do a search of ip to a domain name without the help of a server-side script as far as I know.

  We have forms 11 GR 2 64-bit with the JDK 7 9 on server update and updating JRE 7 25 on PC clients.

  I m facing problem in one of my customer's PC. Please note that follows;

  http://svr:9001/forms/frmservlet? form = new, it does not open my form and displays the error.

  http://192.0.0.1:9001/forms/frmservlet? form = new, it allows to open my screen successfully without any errors.

  that is when we enter the server name in the URL, it does not open my form. But when we enter the IP address of the server, its ok.

  It must use the name of the server, exactly as it is defined in the global variable, which is used to open reports. Thus, if we use

  IP in the URL address, it opens to all reports.

  This problem occurs in one of my PC, other customer client PC is OK.

  as explained by Sham, but among the 'hosts' file on the local pc not the server and also the other way around

  That is to say

  SRV 192.0.0.1

  Here is the situation.  This morning, I could go to all my virtual machines without problems.  Now, no dice.  I can ping servers and get an answer.  I can move the servers within vSphere client.  I can not remote in the servers.  Other administrators can get on the servers without any problem.  Is it local to just my vSphere client.  Any idea?  I'm a little lost.

  Your post has nothing to do with Windows Update.

  You're not even close to have properly configured your e-mail account in Windows Live Mail.

  Possible problem with the server on your side or your friend (e), first contact your e-mail service provider and discuss with them. They might be a restriction by sending content to the destination email.

  Thanks for posting on Microsoft Community. According to your description, it seems that you couldn't configure Gmail on Outlook and you receive error 0x800CCC0F. If I'm not mistaken you have Microsoft Outlook 2003 is installed.

  This happens usually when there are questions about the server. If you have not been able to set up the account successfully, I suggest you read this article that shows how to set up email on Outlook accounts.

  I've never used Snapfish, but I don't see where this has nothing to do with Outlook Express, an e-mail client. While glancing at their website, it seems that you download photos from your computer as you would to Photobucket or SkyDrive, you do not send by e-mail their. You should not need to use any e-mail program to achieve this.
