  If the wireless network adapter does not work or its lack in the device, the FN + F8 key combination Manager would not work.
  So the problem is your wireless network card.

  The WLan card driver is missing or malfunctioning of the WiFi chip.

  It's on a Windows 7 computer. I like the new layout and it appears on my laptop Windows Vista Home. I would just have the new layout.

  To get it you need to hide the menu bar. Do, in the view menu, select Toolbars, then click on the entrance to the "Menu bar".

  If you need to access the menus, you can press Alt or F10 to display temporarily.

• Welcome and export as screen screen does not show entirely

  I don't think I've seen that never happen in any of my prior Adobe apps, but when I just upgraded to Photoshop CC 2015, the Welcome screen is not fully displayed on my Macbook Pro 13 "when executing a second Cinema Display.  Same thing happens when I tried in the file - export.  The pop up appears incomplete, there is no way I see to move where I can view the whole component.  A way to fix this?  Here is a screenshot of my Macbook Pro.

  

  OK, here's a suggestion. Organize the largest display to the right of the smaller screen and move the menu bar to the larger screen, just like mine.

  Note that my laptop wallpaper is on low level of the larger screen.

  Another note must close Photoshop before you connect or disconnect your monitor.

  I think that your problems will go away with this arrangement.

  What it does is make the large display of the main screen when connected. To get to Photoshop to use up the full display area, click the Green Resize button and it will fill the screen.

  If you open the export dialog box, it should be where mine is in my example.

  I don't think you will get both in the calendar popup. Basically, the popup calendar is the default behavior. It may be possible to develop a custom component, but it would take a bit of scripting and would probably not be worth the effort.

  I'd get the user to time manually entry in a separate field.

  that is a chain of fourteen characters, with a year to four numbers, three letters, two-digit day, a space as separator, followed by a two-digit hour and a two-digit minute. Each part is included in at least one of the available conversion specifiers, but date part, the part of time, or whole, are available in the form of a standard conversion specifier. I was not able to find a reference to formats date and hour customized using the Format generator or Non - XML data Mapping sample.
  
  Of course, the field can be treated as a string and converted downstream, but it had a native XML dateTime type as part of the conversion would be ideal.
