  It must be because the 'Add' option is selected.

  The ability to change 'To' appears when you select copy, copy as Move or DNG and which is useful when you import from sd card.

  If the images are already on your hard drive and you want they are transferred to folder D:\AdobeData, then you must select 'Move' [these options rise up in import window Center]

  And make sure you're not duplicating. You may have to "do not import duplicates alleged" checked.

  Hi I have my site open in Dreamweaver, but I can't insert images from the images folder, because it does not appear in the root of the site at all when I try to insert images. I see the image file in tab files down right though, but not when I try to insert images.

  OK the problem, why the files are correctly displayed and why there was no images displayed in the local folder is due to the site definition. The path was not set up correctly, and I did not know that I have to change to point in the right direction on my HD. That's all now works and not displayed properly as it should.   I have a vmware (running ubuntu server 9.04) image that was created with a vmware server installation varsion 1.0.9. now I decided to upgrade to the host, which means that the host totally changed: new equipment, new OS, new vmware-server-version: 2.0.1

  My problem atm is, I may not know, what would be the appropriate access rights (chown/chmod) for this vmware image. during the installation of vmware server 2.0.1 I was asked to specify some 'administrative user' where I took the an im working with Linux itself (lets call it "user").

  so, when I copied the old vmware image in the data store (/ var/lib/vmware/VirtualMachines for me), chown-ed the folder including all files init by A, setting chmod to something like 600, the console vmware (web surface) told me that there were several problems with the image and couln can't be started etc. etc. etc...

  I played with several rights to the image and the only thing that seemed to help was setting the folder and all files included in 'root' with the command chmod chown '777'... not what I would call 'secured '.

  so: how to set the access rights for the virtual machines? I want that they have only minimal rights as possible and especially nothing like root: 777...

  My static VM files, as in those who are not dynamically created when the virtual machine starts, are the property of root, root of group with permissions of 711. Root is the user that I have chosen as the admin user when you run vmware - config.pl. My users do not have direct access to this server, so I'm not too worried about the permissions. You can give different rights for different users to different virtual machines, creating roles and their allocation to users/groups.   But every time I save a file in this folder, the details in this case happen to the default value for the type of file, I just saved.
  Ex: I save an mp3 in a folder and the details get passed to 'Name', 'Artists', 'Album', ' # ', 'Gender' and 'Notation '.
  Or, if I save an image, the details mode 'Name', 'Date', "Tags", "Size" and "rating".

• How can I determine the type of image to be used before loading an image?

  I'm developing an application using VB 2005 which measures two 8-bit or 16-bit image files. When I saw the picture, I find that I have to set the type of image the image buffer before playback of the image in it. For example, if I read a 16-bit image in a buffer of 8 bits, the image is truncated. I guess I could read the image in a 16-bit buffer and retype it if the pixel values are less than 255.

  Is there a better way to do it? Can I determine the number of bits of an image before loading in a buffer?

  Olivia is incorrect... VDM has a function called GetFileInfo which does just what you want. It only reads the header of the image but does not load the entire image in memory. It will give you various properties such as the bit depth.

  I think that on the new .NET support, there can exist here: NationalInstruments.Vision.Analysis.Algorithms.GetFileInformation.

  Thanks to the ICB and our legacy of .NET support, it's probably a similar name.

  I want to change this chronological order of watching one of the subfolders in alphabetical.

  Exp: Under my pictures folder, I have subfolders by year (i.e. 2006, 2007, 2008, etc.) who orgaize in chronological order but the subfolders of those subfolders are the months of the year and they are the list alphabetically - even if I spent a year at the front or at the end of the name of the month (so it still lists like this (: October 2006, September 2006)

  I want to know if there is a way to get the subfolders to list as a calendar discovering putting an order number or letter before the month month.

  You want cannot be done because it recognizes the names like alpha-numeric characters and sorts alphabetically (just as it does for years - but this market because they are numbers).  Try to use a designation number instead of the alphabetical name of the month - 8-2006 to August 2006 and so on.

  If it is possible (and I don't), the answer is maybe in one of these articles (especially the sort order on one) - but probably you'll learn from them that's not possible because you have things to put in place:
