Connection of headphones

I just of me a Clip and love that distinguish one thing, the connection of headphones is horribly loose, whenever he gets hit the connection is broken and my music is cut. Does anyone else have this problem? I want to know if this is typical or I have a missed one? I tried 3 sets of headphones and none of them also adjust because I think they should.

You can check if the speaker jack is totally and firmly inserted in first (sorry; sometimes it isn't and I just want to know that).  Otherwise, you may have a faulty drive in need of return and replacement or to the store with SanDisk.

  • Bluetooth connection with headphones

    Hi forum,

I bought the receiver rx2 Hama Bluetooth to connect my Portege via Bluetooth
with my home entertainment system. It works very well. Toshiba-bluetooth-stack handles
the device as a Bluetooth headset. The only thing I miss, is an auto-connect-option.
Now I also have to connect manually each time: right-click on the icon of the power off
and the "connect". My cell phone will connect automatically to every time.

Someone has an idea, how can I achieve the automatic connection with my "helmet"?

    Thank you a

    Hello

The same situation here, but I can leave with it. Mobile phone automatically detects the headphones, but by usage with my Tecra I have to activate manually whenever I want to use. As you know you can use many various BT devices with your laptop and I n don't know if he has a sense for each to connect after starting the laptop. I have only one device of BT and did not attempt to check if more than one device can be connected at the same time. If you know more about it please let know.

I'm really interested on this subject and maybe someone of the explanations on this subject.

  • Bat continues to loss of bluetooth connection Studio headphones

I just bought a pair of Beats Studio Headphones Wireless. I am very frustrated that the connection bluetooth keeps falling. I'm pairing with an iPhone 6. It seems to drop when I manually change the song on my iPhone - not every time, but often enough. After he drops I turn the headphone market to restore the connection.

Is this normal? If so, it is totally unacceptable for a $400 product. If she is not normal, are there troubleshooting tips?

I'm having this same exact problem with a Plus 6 iPhone and iPhone 5.  I'll be in music, and when I move a song to another, the Bluetooth drop connection.  I have to turn off the headset and the re-pair.  Also, I have an iMac and have not had this problem with her, so I think it's something in the phones.

    Hello

Thanks for posting your concern here in the Microsoft Community. I want to help you.

First of all, thank you for the effort you have put in to solve the problem.

The description of the question, I understand that Windows is unable to detect the drivers wireless for wireless headphones.

I would like to know if this problem is limited only to the wireless headset or other device is affected too.

Please perform the methods suggested below and see if it can help solve the problem.

    Method 1

Try to use the corner hardware store and see if it helps to solve the problem.

    Link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/mats/hardware_device_problems

    (Note: applies to Windows 10)

    Method 2

Try to download the drivers for the device wireless using the update of the Windows device driver.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/all-drivers

Otherwise, if the update is unable to register and download the required drivers for the device, you can also use the code provider to the Bluetooth device and search the Microsoft Update Catalog.

    FAQ: http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/FaqGeneric.aspx

Uninstalled and unknown devices appear under other. The device will have a yellow to this topic alert symbol. The properties of the device indicates that no driver was found.

Under the properties of the device, select the Details tab and scroll down to the hardware ID. Each hardware ID includes very useful information. The VID value provides the ID of the seller , and the PID value provides the product ID of the device. Make a note of the value of PID . Enter the PID value in the search field of the Update Catalog. In case you have several types of devices listed, refine your search by adding also to the VID value.

Once downloaded and extracted, you can point this driver Device Manager to install the hardware.

In addition, you can also check out the link for more information below.

  • No sound after you connect the headphones.

I have a pavilion dv6 laptop.  I have a headset that I want to use for the games, but I can't hear sound through them.  When I do my helmet of communication to the default device it doesn't let me.

    Hello Jack,.

I certainly understand the inconvenience that you cross.

It is possible that this problem would have occurred due to some incorrect settings or because of an incompatible or corrupted audio drivers.

Important: Make sure that your headphones are not connected to the line (headphone) jack of your sound card or computer (unless you want to be listening with headphones rather than speakers). When you connect in the headphones, most computers automatically cut the sound to the speakers. Ensure that the headset is completely and firmly inserted into the correct socket. Plug in the headphones and see if the same appears in Device Manager.

In order to understand the issue more clearly, I would ask that kindly provide me with the following information.

    1. Have you tried plugging in external speakers or any other helmet and checked if you are able to hear the audio?
    2. You are able to get the sound on your laptop's built-in speakers?

If you are not able to hear the audio on the built-in speakers or other external speakers or any other headset, I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

Open the hardware and devices troubleshooter.

Note: If your computer is having problems with a recently installed device or other hardware, try to use the hardware and peripheral troubleshooting tool to solve the problem. It checks the common issues of interest and ensures that a new device or hardware connected to your computer has been installed correctly.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-in/Windows7/open-the-hardware-and-devices-Troubleshooter

If the problem persists, please follow method 2.

    Method 2:

Check with the volume controls. Please follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    (a) right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar, then select volume control options.
    (b) check on "all devices evolving sound.
    (c) make sure that you have "Default uncontrolled communication device".
    (d) place a check on the speakers and headphones. Click on apply and OK.

If the problem persists, follow method 3.

    Method 3:

This occurs when you have the speakers, by default. We need to put the headset as default. Please follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    • Exercise the functions mentioned below to set the speakers as default.

    • Click Start and click on Control Panel.

    • Click sound, and then a new window will open.

    • In the new window click on the "Playback" tab and right-click in the window and click on Show disabled devices.

    • Now, check if the headset is listed there and right-click on it and choose activate.

    • To highlight this helmet and click "set as default".

Also try to install the latest drivers from the chipset in the system and check if it helps.

If the problem persists, follow method 4

    Method 4:

I suggest you to refer to the procedure described in the article below and check if it helps.

  • I can't connect my headphones or my microphone on the front of my PC

When I connect my helmet on the front of my PC, it does not recognize it. I plugged in the back of my PC and it works perfectly. So, it is not broken. Also, I tried on some other PC - s and it works. What should I do for this?

Shekhar S shows one of the options, but there are two ways to configure front - headphones

(Older versions of Realtek HD audio drivers may have a slightly different form, but the)
    basics should be the same).

    (1) in Realtek Manager of her go to Advanced Settings feature in the upper right of the window.
Check the circle next to cut... plugged back.
When this fact was you must also click on the yellow folder icon below the
Device settings advanced and check 'Disable protection of jack façade' is clear.
-Of the drawbacks of this method are that you do not get an option of separate settings for headphones.
then they use the same environment as your speakers and EQUALIZER settings, but you can use both the
speakers and the headphones if you wish.
-Note that with this option, the helmet does not show in Sound Manager window.

    (2) advanced settings in the sound Manager go to Realtek device.
The check box next to do advance... at the same time.
This will disable the speakers when headphone is plugged in the socket of the façade,
and return to the speakers when headphones are disconnected.
Also check one or more of the boxes below, according to your need.

-With this setting, there is an option for headphones in the two Windows Sound manager
    and Realtek HD Audio Manager.
-With this setting, it does not matter which option to use in yellow folder as the setting icon
is ' either / or '. You cannot run at the same time the speakers and headphones.

-Note that with games the headset must be connected prior to spear the game, or
the default set to the speakers.

So I think there is a problem of compatibility between the two. My friend has tried using its windows phone to discover that the helmet and that also didn't work.

    Hello Simon,.

    Thanks for the post.

Did you change to embedded operating system? I checked the support page. Your Bluetooth driver is not available for download for Windows 7. You can reinstall using VAIO Care. The name is Intel Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 driver.

Follow these steps to install using Group application:

    1. Click the Start button > all programs > VAIO Care folder > VAIO Care.
    2. In VAIO Care, click Advanced Tools.
    3. In the Advanced Tools window, click the restore and recovery.
    4. In the restoration and recovery window, reinstall drivers and applications.
    5. Click to check the box next to the application you want to reinstall and move forward.

    Kind regards

    Tony.
