  I am a novice as AE is going, but I'm working on a script to dynamically change a project.

  The project in question has a text layer has a single string, but with variable font size (the text is a price, where the hundred part is a smaller font to the different initial values).   I want to use a script to change this text, but it is enough to assign a new text document does not retain the variable formatting - all figures are found with the same font size.

  AFAIK, there isn't a convenient way for a script to maintain several font sizes once it changes a text document.

  You can however, use sourceRectAtTime() to get the actual span of text in a text layer, positioning and three text layers to get the desired spacing is not difficult.

  No problem, I thought, I'll just put a longer period.  I searched through the documentation, and the timeout only I found was the watchdog timeout.  When I wanted a longer value, I get code 200452 State - specific property is not supported by the device or is not applicable to the task.

  I have a question mind an interactive report which takes the data in a view.

  The problem is that whenever I take the data from the database I need to define a context (user name and password) before running the query so the view will be taken into account the context and return only the lines that I have access.

  Everything works fine when I'm first loading of the page: I have first to define the context, then load all the data I need on the page, including the IR. But when I try to apply IR filters, or even don't go to the next page no data is returned. I believe this happens because the context is not defined before the execution of the query to load the data and I don't seem to find a way to put it.

  I tried to add a dynamic action on some events on IR (change, clicking, etc.) that executes the procedure to set the context, but without success - even if the event is raised, the report still doesn't return any data.

  Can someone help me with this issue please?

  A small question, I don't really know if there is a config that exisist command, y at - there a command that I can implement essbase.cfg to every time Essbase performed everything I need to use 3 son or 7 essentially set the number of threads that the application can use.   Eureka! The source of the problem was that if you call createTextField, I don't have to also have another instance of the TextField object on its own layer.

  but the answer to your question is form there has nothing to do with the generation of pdf. You can call the report from the usual.
  In the report, you must define properties such as
  destype to "file."

  I have 4 DUT which is tested by using individual ports of com I use global variables Station 4 to store 4 Com ports - COM port assignments are in no particular order and vary depending on the test PC station.

  The easiest way is to use the property Runstate.TestSockets.MyIndex to index a table.  Each socket of the batch will get an index (from 0 to n - 1, where n is the number of sockets) when it is created.  You can create an array (of strings? I can't tell if you just have channels or need a container) and use the property for the index in the array.
