• Looking for a way to programmatically set the visible front part when opens a Subvi

  I'm looking for a way to programmatically set the visible portion of the front panel, when a Subvi opens.  Did not find all the messages that are related, but I do not know how to ask the right question.  To be clear, I want to write a VI assistance programme through a list of subVIs to ensure that background images are all in the same place when to open their respective subVIs.  I hate to play manually with scroll bars before I save each of the screws...  I'm thinking I need to find the top/left of the background image location (know already do) and then to set a property of the VI FP some offset or these values, but I can't find the corresponding property. FP:run - timeposition:custom looked promising, but only affects the location of the window, and not the area of the front panel displays the window.

  I should have added that the idea of using the background image does NOT change the origin.  Therefore, always be close enough, as your controls and indicators won't move, just the image.

  I personally use the OpenG VI and the open method of front panel, when I am in your situation.

• How to set the visibility of the layer on the initial view?

  I created some shapes that have multiple layers in them. They are several pages long. Page 1 there are 3 radio shows buttons... it selects the appropriate user type and begins running the correct layer and turns off the other layers. Unfortunately, if they go to page 2, before clicking on one of the butttons, they see all layers at once, and it's a confused mess.

  Is there a way to set the default layer visibility so that when you open the PDF file, it only shows the layer I want it? I don't find it in the initial view settings.

  The first thing you can do is avoid the unnecessary use of _root references.  If the code is in the scenario where the object exists, there is not need to refer to the timeline (i.e. in this case the _root).

  Saying the movieclip to go to box 2 immediately followed up by saying to go to frame 1 will always be in frame 1.

  If you want to be able to click the movieclip to make it visible, then you can make invisible because the invisible objects do not interact with a mouse.  You will have to modify its _alpha rather property.  Try to replace all the code show you by what follows and to eliminate the appearance frames of frez1...

  The solution is actually a little more complex that you can expect, as you need to change both the plot and the characteristics of the plot.  Something that should work, even if it is not very optimized and has some momentary display problems, expected, is attached.

  I didn't have LabVIEW 2009 on my development machine, so I've edited in LabVIEW 2011 and registered for a previous.  I don't think I used something again, so it should work.  Let me know if you need more information.

  I'm having a problem with this code. I'm working on tempPath3 which is a variable that contains a clip I want to turn it on. The variable contains the explicit path to the clip, and I think that it is perhaps the issue. I followed the release of the variable, and it seems that his name correctly, and I did the test 'hard-coded' where I entered just the names of clip from movie by hand and they have many work.   I use edge animate for a short period, but still can not find how to set the 'visible' area of a symbol. Here's what I'm trying to do - create a box on the stage that displays images and text which can be the object of a scroll with a scroll bar.

  I create elements on the stage and convert to symbol. It seems that I should be able now edit this symbol and reduce the amount of 'height' to cause scrollbars to appear. But this has no effect on the symbol. I placed the symbol on the stage and all of that the display 'scroll' or 'auto' and it doesn't care the new height adjustment.  What Miss me?

  The v designates a file object.

  And the n is a document object.

  Examples:

  I use JDeveloper llg and have a table of the ADF, in one of the columns im trying to have just a displayed image.

  It works very well and the correct image is displayed. Is it possible to use an EL expression to determine which image should be displayed using a ternary operator? I tried the following:

  One solution is to use an af:image instead of the normal img tag. Then put the two af tags: image inside of you af:column and set the visible to your EL as attribute:

  This message is a warning that you somehow try to use the setVisible of a popup that does not work as it does nothing. The setVisible() method is obsolete and does nothing but write the message in the log.

  There is not that you can do about it, but to avoid calling setVisible on the popup.

  Do you have somewhere in your code call setVisible on the popup (or use the visible property of the popup on the page?

  You can set the colors of the plot, point style, etc. by program like I did with the name of the parcel. The colors are just an extension of the notion that I have used with the array of names.
