  I suggest to remove the print cartridges at least. I would say the print heads as well because they have little ink in the institutions and feezing could damage them.

• Workflow for multiple files .psd to enter the first form of layers - CC 2015

  I need to import multiple files (30 +) Photoshop in first and keep the layers intact (for the basic animation).  I started to put in yesterday and someone, please tell me that there is a better workflow!

  Here is what happens... I do a sandbox for images and make sure it is open (for all files go).  I go into the media browser and select the file (by selecting several files do not work - nothing happens).  I import that a TI asks if I want to merge layers.  I say 'no' and it is important the .psd as a new bin in my Sandbox to images and * open * the new bin.  I then click on the new tray to close, and then click on disable the tray (so the next file will not go in the bin).  Can I import, say 'no' to merge the layers, he brings as a new bin and * opens both * bins.  You see where I'm going with this, right?  Every time I have import a .psd must make the same choice to merge not (I couldn't find a preference to change it anywhere) and, if that weren't enough boring no, ALL .psd locations open when a new file is imported and so I have to manually, click to close them all before I can import another file.

  How many clicks does take to get to the center of a Photoshop file?  A heck of a lot more than I want to click!

  Is it possible to set the preference always import a .psd in layers?  And if not (I will file an application as soon as POSSIBLE) is it possible to prevent the .psd bins to open all the time?  It took me half an hour just click to get all of my images in.  It's not cool!

  Due to a crash of Windows, I had to install a new drive and reload Windows. I also rebooted other software like the HP Solution Center & drivers. My problem is that I can't find how to set a default folder for my scans.  This is NOT mentioned in the user manual, but it has been initially implemented by the HP Technical Support when the printer was new.  Can anyone relate how to set the default folders for my scans?

  When you go to the analysis, there should be a window that appears to select the format and the DPI of the analysis. There is also an option for the options of '/CSA/ '. Here you can change the default location to save on selecting another file of having sent them to analysis.

  Not save as.  After this adjustment, just use Ctrl s

  Try this:

  Make a new file

  Save as and Ctrl, click on the PNG format

  Be another file and use Ctrl s.  The Save dialog box opens and the format will always be PNG

  Use Save as, and Ctrl-click on PDF

  Make another new file and Ctrl s.  PDF will now be the format.

  Your mouse can be set in 19991.

  While you have all updated files highlighted by moving the mouse with the left button, Windows will make a copy of all files highlighted.  Looks like what is going on here.  Reduce the sensitivity of the mouse so that the slightest movement does not cause a copy.

  Please contact our customer service Adobe to verify the matter with the Adobe ID (email) of the users that their ID Adobe (Emails) can be linked to an active team CC license and a license cancelled/closed due to which the cloud space is showing that 100 GB. Their Adobe ID (email) can also be connected with Adobe App unique product licenses as well, and while they show as 140/180 GB. As if there is a team full CC license assigned to an Adobe ID (email) it is only 100 GB of cloud the space allocated to each CC license/member of the team Adobe ID (email)

• Missing buttons from the bottom of the sidebar in Mail

  On my iMac, by post, the button "+" at the bottom of the sidebar (used to create new mailboxes) disappeared.  The other buttons (which I don't remember functions) there also are no longer present.  While I can always create a new mailbox by using the drop down menus, these buttons are a convenience I woud like to have back.

  So far, I tried to close/open the sidebar; Stop/Start Mail.  None of these actions corrected the problem.

  Any ideas on how to restore the buttons?  Thank you!

  The + button has been moved - to pause our cursor in high 'mailboxes.

• Create PRN files for use with the software E-Tran. Unable to set the port to a local printer in Windows 7 with WordPerfect.

  As a reporter, I provide digital transcripts safely to my clients.  I have a Kodak printer and all drivers are up to date.  I use WordPerfect 12 for my transcripts.  E - Tran is the software used to process the transcripts.  It requires one. PRN file.  I save my document as a .wpd file.  I click, file, print, and I check the box print to file provided.   This creates the .prn format.

  I then download this file... or I tried all day to do it, in the software E-Tran.   It will NOT work.  The file is empty.  Nothing is there.  I tried to create a local no port in windows for printing of file installation... no good.  Error messages tell me: function page failed.  ???  Help!

  I suggest you to convert wpd (WordPerfect) format .prn file before trying to download it.

  If the problem is not resolved, I suggest you to contact WordPerfect or the manufacturer of the software e-Tran for assistance.
