Settings of the Graphics Options: How can I prevent them background stretching?

When I right click on my desktop wallpaper > Graphics Options > adjustment panel > fullscreen without border, the window is stretched to use the entire screen.  How can I do not tense?  If I graphis options > panelfit > central image, I get two thick borders that are not used at all.  How can I change failing?

Go to the Web site of the manufacturer of your laptop computer-graphics/computer card > drivers and downloads Section > key in your model number > look for the latest Vista drivers > download/install them.

See you soon.
