Where can I download the stand-alone installer for XP SP1 or SP1a? Please help, I'm going nuts!
I have an installer of 2MB, but my Dell P4 retains heel "lose" the connection to the server even though I have DSL.
I have saved since the SP2 and SP3 files installation.
I used my original XP installation disk of long time to repair Windows and now I think I'm scrood.

How can I configure my windows 7 after restoring my laptop to the factory conditians?
My laptop had a blue screen and I couldn't get rid of it, I went into safe mode and restore my computer to factory conditions. When the computer says "the installation program starts services" you stop and I couldn't turn it back on for 15 minutes. When I turned on and tried to contained my setup, a message keeps poping up "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error." Windows Setup cannot continue. To install windows, click ok to restart the computer, and then restart the installation. "But no mader, how many times I reboot my laptop, the same message appears. What should I do? I've restored my computer several times and never had this problem.You should try another recovery.
New computers coming often pre-installed with Windows 7 have what is called a recovery partition. This is used to reinstall an operating system in the case of a system failure. To access it, you need to start when you start your computer by pressing a function key. This can be either F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, F12 key DEL or tab. See the manual that came with your PC for instructions on how to reinstall Windows.
If your recovery partition is not available or damaged, you must contact the manufacturer of your computer, and request that a defined recovery disk you can use to reinstall Windows 7. They could practice a small shipping and handling.

So I tried to get this to work at least for a day now, but whenever I try to launch my new game I'm away I kept getting this error: "your DirectX Runtime is up-to-date. Download and install this file from Microsoft. ' When I was re-directed I downloaded, it opens and clicks on agreed and all this things, but after 10 seconds initialization, it gave me this error: "Setup could not download the file. Please try again later or check the connection to the network. " I checked all that nothing seemed to be wrong, I did it again and again and again. So I just went to a solution or any news for DirectX. So far, no luck.
I am running on DirectX 11 right now, is if there is a new DirectX or am I a jerk, and that is a different problem? I can't understand it.

Hi all
After the new installation of the WCC 11.1.1.8 on Microsoft server 2008 R2 SP1 64-bit UCM_server1 EE cannot start. (Please see trace below). WCC 11.1.1.7 work fine in this environment.
Steps to follow:
1. installation of jrockit - jdk1.6.0_45 - R28.2.7 - 4.1.0
2. installation of WLS 10.3.6
3. installation of the WCC 11.1.1.8
4 creating the UCR 11.1.1.8 schema
5. creation of field of config.cmd with AdminServer, UCM_server1, IBR_server1
6. run Admin - (success)
7 run (optional) NodeManager - (success)
8 run UCM_server1 - failed
Still not work after having patched MLR 1 for WCC 11.1.1.8 or upgrade 11.1.1.7.
Log files we can see this problem caused by the JniNativeOsUtils.dll file in ' < Middleware Home > \Oracle_ECM1\ucm\idc\components\NativeOsUtils\lib\windows-amd64\7.2.1.1.
I have replaced JniNativeOsUtils.dll with the same 11.1.1.7 file version and UCM_server1 started working
I got errors when starting (syNativeOsUtilsNotLoaded and UnsatisfiedLinkError - you can raise in trace below), but COE upward and the works.
I also get error when you try to start the utility SystemProperties or ComponentWithard:
Activation context generation failed for "C:\Oracle\MIDDLE~1\USER_P~1\domains\WCC_DO~1\ucm\cs\bin\SystemProperties.exe." When you try to update to SP2, I receive an error message that says: "the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable." and then the installation is not complete. I am trying to update an old computer to SP3 and thought that I read that you need to update SP1a or SP2 to SP3 before. Not sure if it's a problem of script or activeX.

Setup does nothing - SP1 of win7 Home premium 64-bit - vmware 7.1.4
Hey there!
I'm trying to install VMWare Workstation on my Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium 64 - bit system 7.1.4.
My computer is an Alienware M14x, Intel i7 2820QM, NVidia GT555M with 3 GB, 8 GB ram, 750 GB HARD drive.
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 was shipped with it.
I had a race VMWare 7.0 or 7.1 (don't remember the exact version) and I clicked on update.
Since then, no installation of VMWare shows same anything.
When I click on "run as Administrator" and confirm it nothing happens.
I tried the 7.0 Version 7.1.1 7.1.2 and 7.1.4. Version 6.5 installs but fails to launch the GUI.
I also tried everything serving vm-ware and manual uninstall. Weather any VMWare service, nor any VMWare or Registryentry file is left to my system.
What can I do to return VMWare to run my Windows XP?

Welcome to the community,
If you get nothing - not even an empty window - check the processes running in the Task Manager to see if 'fixcamera.exe' or 'webcam.exe' is running. If so, kill the process and restart the installation of VMware Workstation.
