  Here's what happens:

  Since June, I've had several accidents with the blue screen noting CRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (Yes, CRQL, no IRQL level), and they are producing at closer intervals. I also notice some changes of office and some sounds to open files that are not have happened before. I run antivirus and malware and found nothing. I did a disk cleanup and defragmentation.

  I also tried to install via Windows updates and everything seems to date. I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, and it found no errors. I ran Windows Startup Repair and got the following note:

  Root Cause found.

  Unknown bug control: one error checking.

  Parameters = 0 x 0, 0x817dc32c, 0x820e8114, 0 x 0.

  After the last crash, I got a message saying that Windows is aware of the problem and trying to fix it. Any ideas?

  Uninstall Faultwire and look for the codes manually as needed. The link to troubleshooting blue screen
  page will show you how to get them.

  How old is the system? A real computer store (not the leeks and glances at a Best Buy or other large surfaces)
  Stores) can help to give a proper diagnosis of the machine.

  You can use Safe Mode - repeatedly tap F8 as you start - use to back up your data in a redundant

  Sorry for your problems. Since you're under OS X 10.10.5, you can check the permissions of the Adobe folder and perform the basic troubleshooting steps Mac. • Can't reboot iMac issues Finder in El Capitan

  I had some problems with an iMac running El Capitan. The question seems to be Finder, specifically. I can't stop it. I tried to let it stop by itself from one day to the next without result.

  Occasionally, I get this message: the screenshot below is Dutch but said something along the lines of:

  Your Mac is off not because Finder could not be stopped. Please leave Finder to continue.

  

  

  I tried many things

  • I tried shutting it down with a hard reset (button / stop and a shutdown of the terminal command) and reboot.
  • I tried to drive in recovery mode repair,
  • I tried to reset the NVRAM.
  • I tried to stop Finder with the usual suspects: Force Quit, killall Finder .

  The latter does something, but certainly not what I expect:

  

  

  It seems that Finder left, is no longer in the list activity monitor. He raises with terminal command open . user's home folder gives the error:

  LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -600...

  It is reproducible in the sense that it always happens on an iMac. I don't know how to fix it. Any suggestions?

  Outdated software for a Tablet Wacom can prevent the closing. If you no longer use the device, please remove the software. Otherwise, update the latest version of the Web site of the manufacturer.

  After following the instructions on the removal link above, you may also need to open the users and groups in system preferences, select the login items tab and remove all Wacom related items. It is because the uninstall program is defective.

  Looks like there is some kind of conflict between plugin Quick time and the
  WSA, which should be resolved by Webroot if possible.

  Downloaded El Capitan and found that I needed more disk space if I free enough space. Now I can not find the download to install it. Tried to download it again, however button store app 'downloaded' say and nothing happens when I click it. Nothing to download files.

  Hello

  I've just upgraded to El Capitan. Previously in the Finder there is a folder on the left, under the blows of heart, for the photos. This has now disappeared and the only way to see my photos in Finder is under all my files, where they are scattered among all of the other files.

  Does anyone know why this is, or how do I add a folder of images under Favorites in the Finder?

  Activate the pictures again folder in Finder preferences.

  Click on the desktop to the Finder, then go to the main menu bar "Finder > Preferences. In the Finder preferences, click the tab of the sidebar and allow all the items you want to see in the sidebar.

  I've upgraded to El Capitan this afternoon on my MacBook Pro (late 2011 version) and since then have been essentially unable to use Safari as it freezes several times, forcing me to force to leave every time. I noticed that others on the Board had listed their etrecheck results, so mine are below.

  It has been quite frustrating - Safari was my go - to browser and seems today almost no functional for me. (Firefox works fine, no problem, then what is it with Safari?)

• script to run several queries to find/replace

  Working on a big book of ID document (* .indb), I saved dozens of queries to search/replace (named "col01', 'col02' etc.) that I run on 'all documents '. For some reason, I have to run these queries several times a day.

  So I'm wondering if he has, or if someone out there will write: a script that runs these queries one after another. Given the size of the book, it may be necessary to provide the script to pause after each query (before it turns on with the next), but I'm just guessing.

  Any help is very appreciated!

• Accidents of Finder

  Everything works OK for a while and clicking functions Finder OK but finally I get the ball spinning after clicking on the viewfinder screen and nothing works until I Force Quit Finder.

  I've seen the suggestion to delete the Finder plist but my library shows 3 Finder plists, I deleted the first plist but should I delete the other 2 i.e. file:///Users/defaultuser/Library/Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist.LTITz50 and file:///Users/defaultuser/Library/Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist.x1Qw3TB

  You can remove those and then relaunch the Finder and see if there is an improvement.

  But these problems are usually symptoms of something else, other than the Finder preferences corrupt.

  I suggest you run Etrecheck and post the report here. It can shed light on possible software conflicts that may be behind it.

• No Photomerge after install of Snow Leopard and several accidents!

  Installed Snow Leopard (dual-core PowerMac Intel 2 x 2.66, 9 GB RAM) and no noticeable increase in speed but now Photomerge for PS CS4 does not work anymore. I can output a merger of two images, but three or more does not work. In addition, lightroom crashed about three times since the upgrade to SL. anyone else having the same problem?

  Course, Becky can't say if she knows, nor speculate if she isn't! Me, I'm guessing in 32 days...
