  It depends on your network, there'S no connection.  For example, it could certainly happen to a user who was logged only under that user.   However, in this case instead of completely disconnected the first account you could probably have the first account log out and hang up the connection.  Then the second account probably could dial and connect.  FWIW, I think a DSL PPPoE user might see similar symptoms.

  You don't need full administrator. The account must have both create and delete computer objects ACE. The following steps should help you. This should also be applied to the correct level OR if you have organizational units

  What a pity that you cannot use the system restore - which would be the fastest and easier to solve this problem.  I recommend that you turn on the system restore and immediately make a restore point.

  In which office files are your desktop items (or they are in each file)?  I find a folder with all the icons of your desktop in it and copy it into a new folder named "(Old Desktop) and put it in your Documents folder, just to be on the safe side - if you have a copy of going bacck to if something goes wrong while you are trying to solve the problem."  You can then try to remove the three options (or ones without entries starting with down one in the path of the file) one at a time (by checking the others every time to ensure that they still contain your desktop icons).  Once you get to the last one check again to make sure that it contains all of your items of office and then restart.  If all goes well, which fix the multiple instances of the desktop icons.  If not, read on.

  If this does not work, or if you prefer, you can treat the situation as a corrupt user profile.  To fix this use http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile.  If that is the only available Administrator Profile (you need to be an administrator to fix this), enable the Hidden Administrator Account (HAA) using http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?&lang=en&cr=US&guid=&sloc=en-us&dg=microsoft.public.windows.vista.administration_accounts_passwords&p=1&tid=d20f9db4-7b2c-48be-a087-7835dc2a9055&mid=d20f9db4-7b2c-48be-a087-7835dc2a9055.  If you don't remember the password, try nothing because that's probably what you (or seller) did during the installation.  Make sure you have at least two profiles administrator with strong passwords (to remember) as well as your standard profile for daily use.  Once that is done, don't forget to disable the HAA to save it in case it is necessary once again and for safety reasons (since people often try to hack into systems using this account).  Do NOT use the HAA as your administrator account because if you lose the only administrator on the system account or it is damaged again, then you're watered.

  We're working on sending EDI PO(EDI-X12-4010-850) file to one of our trading partners, say, TP123.

  The flow rate is: EBS-(Custom XML that contains more than 850 DATA)-> SOA-(Transaction - 850 - adapter B2B XML Format)-> B2B-> TP123.

  We send details several PO supported XML SOA Composite process.

  The SOA composite process translated by EBS Custom XML Format Format of XML of Transaction-850 (generated from 850 .ecs file) and send to B2B with B2B adapter.

  Our requirement is to send the details of multiple (received from EBS) PO in a single EDI X 12 850 file to TP123.

  When we tried with .ecs converted file 850 schema file (.xsd), we receive details IN. single file EDI 850.

  All entries on the way to send several PO details in a single X EDI file 12 850 SOA for B2B?

  I have 2 different areas: one for the USA and one for EUROPE employees. Everyone has a business account that is used to log on to your workstation according to the location, but some users have an extra Admin account assigned to them to connect to preferred servers.

  So, for example, a user on the USA domain has their regular account: jdoe and then an admin account: adminjdoe. If their employee profile is already bound to the domain USA how can I link their account admin also to their profile if its on the same domain? I create another area managed for accounts admin even if its on the same field of UAS? IE USAAdminDomain.

  It is thrown by the UID_ProfileServer model. You will find this model in a lot of the model where it searches the OOTB manage levels and if it's any other level, throw an exception "no determined to manage level."
