Hello

PaperPort is not available for download on the Dell.com site and is not part of the pilot. You will need the original CD to install it since. Do you still have it?

How can I go on the digitization of several pages at a time starting from the document feeder in separate files?

    Hello

Scanning pages multuple to separate files of the feeder can do with your device.

Open the HP software under start > all App > HP > folder for your printer model.

You can simply select Save in JPEG, the result will be a separate file for each page.

In addition, you can select Save in PDF, click on more, and go to the Destination tab.

Click on the drop-file Type and check the "Page" for each scanned page, then press OK and press the Scan button,

  • When I try to scan several pages, it puts the pages as separate files instead of a single file.

When I try to scan several pages, it puts the pages as separate files instead of a single file. For example, I may want to scan 5pages ofa patient office visit, yet, when I scan using the ADF, it separates each page in a single file.  I need to have the pages I scan have a single file. Same thing for me.  I called HP about it the first time I tried I scans a document when my printer was 7 days old.  I was connected with the service to customers in India.  The technician spent about an hour with me trying to get the 6510/6515 printer to work, even to take control of my new 64 bit Windows 7 core i7 notebook.  Ultimately she essentially told me that even if it is announced to scan documents, this really means that each page is a separate document.  In other words, this printer, as well as all other issues, it is will only scan one page at a time.

  • Combination of several PDF Documents into a single Document

    Hello.

I installed CutePDF Writer and GhostScript converter and I managed to "convert" a jpg to PDF then I opened MergePDF and 'merged' two PDFs into a single pdf file...

'Exactly' what I wanted to do.

After doing more research, I know that PDF Redirect converts files in PDF format and can merge unlimited files at a time. Does anyone know / can find out if we can split the files too.

If PDF Redirect can convert, split, and merge 'all in one', then there is no need to use a conversion program 'and' a ' merger/split' program as I do now.

In fact, some users were already helping me my question in the 'original' post but they no longer and is why I posted my question even once.

    Hallo,

is there a simple way to load a pdf page into flash with as3 at Flash.

I mean no plug in or as a class.

If it is an air application, you can use the htmlLoader.

Otherwise, you can use navigateToURL but that only opens 'in' your swf, and you cannot manipulate the PDF with actionscript.

  • Scan multiple pages into 1 file PDF with Snow Leopard & HP C3180

Using Leopard with my Photosmart C3180, scanning of multiple pages into a single PDF was intuitive, through a window of drop-down that appears after the first page was scanned, asking if there was another page. You could sweep dozens and dozens of pages that would go into a single PDF. As the overall scanning interface unusable a, the Device Manager HP and well Snow Leopard seems easier, it doesn't seem to be a way to analyze a 2nd or 3rd or 4th page into a single PDF.

The following sequence illustrates how now scan, using Snow Leopard and my C3180... Hope it helps anyone who might be looking for help. But can anyone help me with the problem of scanning multiple pages in a single PDF file? It is more a message or an option or a button, asking if there is any the following pages. Thank you.

Apple menu > system Pref > Print & Fax > Scan > Scanner open > (preview Scan appears in the display) > (on gray screento right overview Scan, name the file, select location & size, makeadjustments) > Scan

    redz1115,

Here's what I did to make it work...

Open Preview, select the file Menu--> import from a Scanner--> select your scanner.  The importation of the "Name of your Scanner" window will appear.

Click the show details--> adjust your size, and color settings uncheck 'Detect the separate elements', change PDF format--> click Scan

When its finished, preview scanning will open your new PDF page.  At this time, edit your document in the scanner and click the scan button again. Preview will add the new analysis of the open document.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello

Scan you from the glass flat or the top of the charger page?

If you use the charger to top of the page, the pages must be taken and analyzed before the scan to finish.

If you use glass, ensure that the box show the display after scanning is enabled and press scan, click on the button "+" under the preview of scanning to scan the next prior pages by clicking Save.

  • How to split pdf pages into sections for easier viewing on iPad?

    Hi all!

I am trying to find a way to divide the pages into a PDF in sections, so that when people download the pdf on their iPads, they can just tap on the section to get the display full screen.

I produce a complex report which contains much information about the individual pages and have received complaints that it is too difficult to pinch and zoom in/out of the various sections, as they are discussed at the meetings.

I heard there is a way to split a pdf file so that a faucet or a double tap on an item it will bring full screen, but I could not find a way to do it. Note: divide the report so that the sections are on separate pages is not an option.

Does anyone know how to do this?

    Thanks in advance,

    Anna

  • feature of several PDF page?

Since Illustrator introduced the possibility of having several work plans, basically several pages, I thought that something like the following would be the second nature of application:

Import a PDF file of several page created in Acrobat Pro in Illustrator as multiple work plans.  But when I try to 'Place '.... "the file PDF or"Open"... "It comes up with a dialog box asking what the PDF page I want to import, without giving me the option to import all pages.

(This must be a basic question but I don't yet know the answer to it and I use HAVE for some time so I'm pretty embarrassed that I don't know it.)

    Any help is appreciated,

    There is no option.

I've already filed a feature request, but it would not hurt for more to do.
