  Steps to follow after you have reset the password:

  1. Use the posted above unlock code to access the BIOS
  2. Disable all passwords that are enabled
  3. If current password request - type the unlock code
  4. New password, simply press the ENTER key
  5. Repeat the same thing to check the password column.
  6. Then exit the BIOS saving & exit option to save the changes.

  Troubleshooting steps:

  Incase if the password does not work please try a Hard Reset as follows.

  1. Shut down the laptop
  2. Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery
  3. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds
  4. Plug the power supply/AC adapter (leave the battery for now) & start Notepad
  5. If now see you a password, please enter the same password I've shared before and press on enter

  Although I am an employee of HP, I speak for myself and not for HP

• Administrator password recognized do not sometimes secondary account.

  If I try to run CCCleaner while in a secondary account, the administrator password is requested.  When a correct password is not accepted and request new password.  But the administrator password is accepted when try to run other programs such as Iobit Malware fighter. This is a recent development.  Account used to always accept the administrator password.  How can I fix it?

  I hope someone can help me.

  I had formatted my laptop hard drive and was trying to install Windows XP Professional when he told me that my disc is dirty or damaged.

  In desperation I left the system running too night to try to complete the installation, when I woke up he asked me an administrator password!

  Now it does not start in any disk I put in the drive. Despite the BIOS is configured to boot from the disk of the laptop before the hard drive.

  I had a glance on the Fujitsu website for your machine on: http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/productselect.asp but it seems to be almost nothing in the way of support documentation are located anywhere.

  I don't however find their support user here forum: Esprimo Mobile V5535

  I don't try to fob off the coast, but Fujitsu moderators and other users with the same machine will probably more info on their own equipment and what to do when it malfunctions.
