  Not really.  The type of attachment is associated witt Outlook. When the downloaded file, that the attachment is opened Outlook, OWA use it. OWA may only face exchange meetings, generated by a user on the same server. He cannot deal with appointments of attachment style. It might be useful to ask the administrator to the Exchange Server if Exchange has been configured for Outlook Anywhere (RPC over HTTP). If so, they should be able to configure Outlook 2007 to access.

  Did you run your antivirus as well as any spyware removal?  As davidhk requested, then you are able to turn sharing off the coast, but it just doesn't work?   I suggest creating a new folder and move the data, and then see if other users are still able to view these.

  Its the same email address, so anyone who has access to this e-mail address will see the email when they check their mailbox.

  Generally, each user has its own address. A shared e-mail address is usually used for mailing lists, but the list contains the individual e-mail accounts, so in the user profile each user will always enter their own individual e-mail rather than the address of the mailing list.

  Some organizations that do not have this concept of mailing lists and have in fact multiple users access the same email address. In this case, if one of those users change their password or request their username, the email will be seen by all users who use this same e-mail account.

  If you don't like it, don't share an account of e-mail in the first place.

  In the agents table how do you store the user details (of the apex user who packed / "holds" the record)? In other words how can a record to identify the user, can you have a column where you insert these data, do you establish this apex or use a trigger?

• If you do not have such a column add a first

  ALTER table add Agents (record_owner VARCHAR2 (100))

• When you insert records into this table, set this column with v ('APP_USER') as a trigger or directly from the PLSQL process.

  Can I give a user access to a dashboard, but not give them on-demand access to dashboard in the shared folder. I would love the opportunity to see a dashboard, but not up-to-date (in response) applications in the shared folder for queries in the dashboard.

  We receive this request a lot of our developer base. For each subject in the catalogue we have actually created a hidden folder that is still hidden in the Production environment (right click on the folder and select properties and then click Hide the folder in the Web catalog). This does not affect the permissions. So in this way, the only way users can get the report is in the dashboard, they try to go to the catalog folder structure and they do not even see the folder containing the report.

  In the Dev Environment we do not hide the folder that once hide you, you don't see when you try to add reports to the dashboard.

  You must set "" permission to run on each of the Microsoft Office programs (word.exe, excel.exe, powerpnt.exe, etc.) such that the group 'Administrators' and the SYSTEM is allowed to run.  To do this, you do a right click on the .exe file, select 'Properties', then click on the 'Security' tab and change security as you wish.

  If you do not have a 'Security' tab, then it is because you have XP Home Edition, or if you have XP Pro with active Simple file sharing.  For XP Home, you must boot mode safe (repeatedly tap F8 at startup key) and login as an administrator to access this tab.  For XP Pro, follow the instructions in the following article:

  If you are referring to a local file, you can check the trash.

  If you are referring to a network share, then there is very little that can be done.

  You can try using recovery software/services of third parties to retrieve the file.

  You can use your favorite search engine to search for third-party software.

  Note: The use of third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.
