  an option may be to tackle this particular update for now until there is a fix from microsoft or you could also look at if there is a graphics driver update available on the Web site of the seller (intel/amd/nvidia) which could also be solved this problem in some cases.

  I use Windows XP. I recently changed my Firefox browser (LIKE easy download and format of the home page simple and of clear instructions to start!). However, I notice that the font or print the text is not as sharp in Firefox, as it is when I use Internet Explorer 8. Is it possible to fix this?

  You can enable ClearType system wide for all programs other programs as Firefox to use it.

• Sharp MX-2614n - 10,11 drivers - cannot print

  We recently bought a new Sharp printer in our office - MX-2614N. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the drivers on the Sharp site. Unlike the old model MX-2600N, which prints without fault, I am unable to do this print even printer with a standard postscript driver.

  My Mac with 10.11 can see th printer on network morning and it asks to download drivers or offers standard drivers. Unfortunately no luck.

  Recently, I discovered a package on some unofficial site with 10,11 drivers hidden in MX - C26.pkg, which adds dozens of printer in library/printers/PPDs/happy/Resources you want SHARP MX - 2614N.PPD.gz, dated 11.9.2014, but the printer cannot print even with this printer driver. I contacted the local representative of STRONG, but not luck.

  Does anyone have a solution for this printer - how to print even in a default configuration without any particular add ons (like duplexer, paper extra. storage etc..)?

  The new machine has a PostScript printing package? For many brands of printers Postscript kit is often an option and without the SDK installed, you will not be able to print using Sharp or generic Postscript PPD MX-2614 - driver who stands for Postscript Printer Description.

  Note that some devices support PCL as standard. There is a generic PCL driver included with OS X. This driver does not print in black and white and has a default value of print resolution of 300 dpi. But at least it will let you print.

  You can also find that the Sharp supports AirPrint. If you can then you will be able to use the AirPrint driver in OS X, which will let you print in color and print on both sides and even staple (if it has a base unit).

• Need sharper custom title for iMovie slides

  Running iMovie on MacBook Pro with OS 10.11.1 10.1.1.

  IMovie titles are too limited to custom I Movie title slides where professional text and graphics are needed.  I created in MS Office for Mac Powerpoint, then saved as images in the highest resolution allowed by «Save as pictures...» Options '.  The results are each max of 200-300K of photo in JPG format.  Then, after importing into iMovie, the slide (jpg) still lost sharpness, police is not crispy.  Jpg anchored on pptx slide also a loss of sharpness.

  I tried to import jpg in PhotoShop Elements and increased size of the output file, but it starts to pixelate or disintegrates quickly.  Thus, a slight increase in sharpness costs appear jagged with fine fonts.  Export to TIFF pptx doesn't seem much better.

  Please suggest a graphical application or technique with these applications mentioned above for the most beautiful, professional quality title slides.

  The text in PhotoShop Elements tools are obscure and impractical to say the least!

  iMovie is a great consumer product that perhaps does not always more demanding business needs.

  iMovie does not support 3rd party plug-ins that gives you limited options.  Rather than struggling with workarounds, you can go to Final Cut Pro X to see if it better suits your purpose.

• Satellite A100: sharp wail high when running on battery

  my laptop is 24 hours old and yet I get this sharp wail from left hand side near the exit of the fan. I don't hear it at all when running on the main, only on battery power. No idea what it is and why this happens?
  Also, is it "normal"? I would not have thought so!

  I think there is no reason to panic. I think I know what mean you, but if I'm wrong please let me know.

  This noise is probably due to FL inverter. If the laptop is connected to the AC adapter, try to change the brightness level by using the FN + F6 key combination and tell me if this noise occurs after doing this. Change the brightness level, the voltage will be reduced at low level and the result is this noise.

  When you use laptops with laptop battery power will run automatically on the other profile saver (NORMAL) power and this power profile monitor, brightness is set at the lower level. When the laptop is running on battery use FN + F7 and upgrade the most high and this noise will disappear. Am I wrong?

  This is visible on each laptop model, and it is normal.

• Tecra A9: How can I make my sharper display

  I just bought a Tecra A9. The graphics are no where near as sharp as the graphics on Satellite Pro M70.

  The Tecra seems to have a matte screen while the Sat Pro has a bright screen, even if fat is not as sharp as the other charts.

  Can be done to me the graphics to make them sharper. I already checked the driver download page and have already V6.14.10.4814

  The Satellite Pro M70 was equipped with the 15.4 "(1280 x 800) * TruBrite * wide color TFT XGA display." Tecra A9 has been delivered with the 15.4 "(WXGA) simply TFT color display." There are major differences between the two views and unfortunately the update of the GPU driver will not change anything.

  What you could do is change some color settings in the Intel GMA Manager. It is found in the Panel. Choose the color correction and check if changes will improve the sharpness.

  I have a printer HP photosmart premium c309g and problems with the pictures im not going out.  They seem to be and cloudy or foggy and not at all. I align the printer heads and cleaned them and using windows 7 Home premium 64 and nothing has solved this problem. I've only used this feature photo several times and I know it worked before, it went past to any other than myself?  I need a solution please, thank you.

  After re-evaluation of the situation, it seems that someone (probably one of my children) turned upside down photo paper into the cartridge, hence the problem with my photos are not sharp not. I have since corrected this problem and of course the photos are once more perfect.

• No 'sharpness' in Photo editing?

  In iPhoto, there was an editing tool called 'Sharpness', under the heading 'adjust '.  Almost all of the editing I do is on my photos very old, my "favorite" big project, and very often a small adjustment with the tool 'sharpness' final Assembly, I did and it made a world of difference.  I really, really need it.  I can't find any setting sharpness in the picture - miss me something?  Or I will have to make this edition in iPhoto and then export to the desktop and then import them to Photo?

• New Apple MacBook Pro. Contrast of black and white not as sharp as the previous MacBook Pro. How please

  Not as strong black and white contrast on my new Macbook Pro retina adjustment last version of El Capitan. The black color is certainly lower than in my previous MacBook Pro. The contrasts are not as sharp and the screen has a grayish tint which I'm having a difficult time of adjustment. It is not my eyes. Any tips? Thank you. WillyG

  I am writing a c sharp application to launch a test sequence in TestStand 4.0.1 and then collect the results of the tests to update our own screens / report (s).  I'll need some sort of recursive routine to collect the following information (if available) for each stage: name, result, Min value, Max Value, measured value, units.

  There are a couple of big problems with what you are doing:

  (1) it is best to call the code from a test report of the result of your sequence treatment reminder (just use an action step) or change the process template to call your code rather than to call for EndExecutionEventHandler of the user interface, because if you use Test DUT and then there is a separate resultlist by USE not by execution, and it is generally processed at the end of each use not at the end of execution. If you use the EndExecutionEventHandler then you should NOT use the process templates provided with TestStand because they don't work that way. Instead, you just run your sequences without a process template. Although I really recommend the path of process model, even if you write your own a custom, because it is more flexible, and then hardcode your treatment result in the user interface as you do. A few reasons why a process model is that more flexible or better are that it will work in any user interface, including the sequence editor (no changes to the user interface is needed), and it can do everything you can do in a sequence, for example to call a code module in any language supported , asynchronous sequences, call sous-séquences, etc.
