  What shortcuts are you trying to use? If they include the shift or Alt/Option keys, then ESTK is raised to the top because it is this that these keys if you hold either button down on launching a script.

• shortcut key to increase the volume is no longer working

  I used to be able to press fn + the "up/down" arrow to raise and lower the volume, but since one of these updates to windows, this function no longer works.  It is very annoying, because now I have to move my mouse touchpad to its little icon in the corner and listen to jarring 'BEEP' in my headphones every time I want to adjust the volume.

  It's very weird, because the "fn + ' button still works with the other shortcuts: for example, fn + F7 is still the brighter screen, etc.  Only the volume button, I use the most, has stopped working.

  I looked everywhere to try to find where I can fix this, but no use.  These windows updates are sometimes annoying, because they occur without direct permission and always seem to ruin what was once entirely well work.

  I have Windows Vista Home Premium 2007, on a Toshiba computer that I bought in late 2007.

  Can someone help me solve this problem?  It seems that it should be easily fixable, but I am at a loss.

  How long this issue has taken place and is there any hardware or software changes made to create this problem?  If so I suggest do a system restore to the point that it work properly.  I would also go on the manufactures website and download the utility, which allows me to use the fn keys.

• What is the shortcut keys to switch the display type in Windows Explorer

  To change a folder in Details view in Windows 7, I hit Alt->-> D V. This does not work in Windows 8 because the active / disables the details pane rather than switch the display type. There is that no letters hung over the types of display (icons, list, details, etc.), seeming to imply there is no keyboard shortcut to change the display.

  Am I missing something, or is there really no shortcuts for this in Windows 8?

  You can create such a shortcut.  Just create it in normal conditions & put it in the properties

  Hi there, for the first time post. I'm really hoping to get an answer on this, I searched everywhere for an answer and found no one yet. So, when I create a mask (tell something rotoscoping) and I place a keyframe at the beginning of the sequence, then I place a new image key and Rotoscoping at the end of the sequence, then I try to rotoscoping between two keyframes, most (not all) the Bezier handles break so that they are are more related to each other. I want to be able to the keyframe between two key frames and all the Bézier handles permanently connected. I don't know if it's a preference thing or a bug or what, but it's DRIVING ME CRAZY. Having to move the two Bézier handles when they are broken in rotoscoping is like having to make double the quantity of work. I'd love for the handles stay connected until I actually tell them to separate. Please help me. Please, I beg you.

  Also, you can see how it goes! All you have to do is open AE, create a new layout, create a new solid layer, create a mask with Bezier handles and button mask at the beginning of the model path and then move the handles Bezier path at the end of the model as you're rotoscoping something, then go in the middle of the model and try to move the handles.   It's all in how you use the tools. For rotoscoping, most of the time you will find it is more easy to use traces of Rotobezier but for traces of Bezier technique is basically the same. Use the pen tool to do all your repositioning. Do not add summits in the that you animate. Use Alt/Option keys and Ctrl/Cmnd to change the selection feather (black triangular arrow head) tool, group selection small white arrow (alt/option) to convert vertex. Feel free to use multiple masters to facilitate rotation. Do not hesitate to stabilize (no chain stabilize) the images to facilitate rotation. I also recommend doing your roto on a solid color rather than images. The solid color to multiply the value or screen sho you can see through it, and then use it as matte when finished. It is much easier. Check out this short video on the technique:

  Is anyone aware of a shortcut key to enumerate the objects/methods in the current class while in the code editor source JDev for Java files?

  I refer to the pop-up you get when you type "this.", or just dot '.'

  The sketch seems only to take you to the method rather than paste the signature into the current location of the cursor which was what I was hoping for.

  When you do a lot of coding and constantly need to call methods in the same class, it would be useful to be able to quickly break out a list of the items available in the current class without having to type something first.

  I recently bought a new Satellite computer and installed Windows Office purchased separately. For some reason, shortcut keys, I've used for years on other computers are different on the new machine.

  For example, I've always known 'save' to be CTRL + S. On this computer, now is SHIFT + F12. I am aware that I can change the settings of each key individually, but surely there must be a way to change the settings somewhere on the machine to return to more conventional keystrokes.

  I have been searching around the internet for some tips on how to do it but came up with nothing.

  I had this problem. I found that a roaming profile directory has been installed which contained a user.js file in which changed the hotkey of CTRL ALT.
  I deleted the profile folder a name randomly in c:/Users / [myuser] / AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles and then I stuck to that of c:/Users / [myuser] / AppData/Local/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles.

  This bad user.js file was some other parameters, including the definition of the user agent string
