  You should be able to run the installer in the main collection, then choose the programs to install, and it's the installer, who will recognize the serial number you have.

  I was unable to use the elements of the interface in my inDesign CS 4, as for example all palettes, control bars and a couple of tools in the

  toolbar. It is really strange, I do not seem to be able to click inside one of them, while all other elements of the interface appear to function normally.
