Side columns = boring

Is there a way to remove the column feature in Notes and Messages? Or at least to adjust it? It's very boring and non-essential for me.

They are not visible in portrait mode. You can also use this link to send feedback on Apple. -AJ

  • the CSS page model: the right side column width

    Hello APEX community,.

    We're stuck in some css stuff: we want to make a little bigger right column width (say, 300px) in the apex 5.0 page template "column on the right. Could someone tell how to do that? We have already copied the page template for editing, but we do not know what css class must edit and also where to put this information in. (in the model directly? in some clean css files?)

    Thanks for your answer, but with that, the problem is not completely resolved. You expand the menu actions, Yes, but the area in the middle of the page (Body) will be superimposed by the column of the action menu.

    I have attached a screenshot for better reference, as you can see that the Send button is partially hidden...

    Sorry, that I had no content in this part of the screen so did not notice that. There are a few other CSS rules that have twisted:

    .t-PageBody.js-rightCollapsed .t-Body-actions {

  • Balancing the columns with grids of fluid and CSS3 'table-cell '.

    I try to balance the height of by-side columns, and I'm happy to use ' display: table-cell "that I've seen work. But I can't make it work with DW flow layout grid. I have an example here: http://leighjackson-co-nz-dev.web4.pbstaging.com/htm/test-2a.htm

    I want the right div, color, below the image, to be full height, identical to the div of the text to the left of it. It doesn't seem to work.

    Any suggestions?

    Sorry, CSS display: table does not work on the floating divs.   The alignment is done with the width of the cells in the table, divs.

    {#div1}

    Width: 100%;

    Auto margin: 0;

    Display: table;

    border-collapse: collapse;

    }

    #div2 {display: table-row;}}

    {#div3}

    Display: table-cell;

    Width: 50%;

    background: #D8E9B6;

    {#div4}

    Display: table-cell;

    Width: 50%;

  • Adding several db at ValueList() columns?

    I'm a loop on a query inside cfscript. I need the results inside another loop so I am storing the results of the first query within a list of values and then the view of this list of values within the results of the second query.

    The only problem is that I have to put several db side by side columns in the list of values

    My code below... I need to add more columns beside the query getstadd fname. Is it still possible?

    ...

    for (
    intRow = 1 ;
    intRow LTE getstaff.RecordCount ;
    intRow = (intRow + 1)
    )

    { }

    var allstaff = "<span class='staffoncal'>" & ValueList(getstaff.fname, "<br />") & "</span>";

    outString = outString & "height='#height#'>" & allstaff & "<p />" & allevents & "</td> ";

    If you want to save the results to a variable, simply concatenate the values inside your for loop instead.  But there is no need to create additional tables. Accessez columns of the query with the array notation:

    yourVar = "";

    for (intRow = 1; intRow)<= getstaff.recordcount="" ;introw="intRow" +="">

    {

    yourVar = yourVar & getStaff.fnames [intRow] & "" & [intRow] getStaff.lnames & «...» ») ;

    }

  • entry 100 pin voltage measure switching device

    I have a number of 100 harness cable pin I need to check the output voltage on. I need to be able to select the two pins (tension and back) and move them towards a pass to tension. Unfortunately, each cable is unique, so I have to be able to select any combination of possible pin pair. Any ideas on the architecture of mux/switch to use is appreciated.

    stratcat wrote:

    If I am correctly each pin will go to two of the columns. So I turn on a PIN (side) on the pin (back side) column an and the other two column. Looks like my thoughts once I made the first post of the use of two PXI-2569 cards would also work. Choose the high pin on one card and the PIN back on the other.

    In fact, I told you 1 1 column axis.  Then you have a column to the side as high DMM and a column for the low side of DMM.  Since you have 4 rows, you can easily connect any axis of part and on the other of the DMM when you plug a different pin on the other side of the DMM through the matrix.

  • Keep getting added to Windows Media Player Playlist songs

    Good day all!

    Does anyone know how to keep the music files to be automatically added to the Windows Media player playlist.

    When I play a song, it automatically goes to the playlist on the left side column. It is very annoying because I have to remove the column from the play list, the form of songs after each session.

    Thanks in advance for your help.

  • How to find which user is blocking user?

    I am trying to learn what user blocks which user?

    According to the view v$ session, if BLOCKING_SESSION is not null. This means the current session block BLOCKING_SESSION?

    v$ lock view is also the SID column display the SID blocker or blocked SID?

    I want to see who is blocking user.

    By the way the modes performance do you recommend in order to know these things? I see that serves as V$ SESSION_BLOCKERS.

    Thank you

    When analyzing Oracle locks, some of the views of database keys, you must consider are the V$ LOCK and

    the views V$ SESSION. The V$ LOCKED_OBJECT and the views DBA_OBJECTS are also very useful to identify

    locked objects.

    I recommend reading the book of database Oracle 11 g Performance Tuning recipes at least on your beginning. You will find queries like this:

    Select s1.username. '@' || S1.machine

    || ' (SID =' | s1.sid | block him ') '

    || S2. UserName | '@' || S2.machine | ' (SID =' | s2.sid |) ') ' AS blocking_status

    GV $ lock l1, gv$ session s1, gv$ lock l2, gv$ session s2

    where s1.sid = l1.sid and s2.sid = l2.sid

    and l1. BLOCK = 1 and l2.request > 0

    and l1.id1 = l2.id1

    and l2.id2 = l2.id2;

    (1) padding is only placed on the top and/or bottom of the divs. The elements contained in these divs have padding on their sides. This avoids any «mathematical model of box» Keep in mind, if you add lateral pads or border to the div itself, it will be added to the width that you set to create the * total width. You can also remove the padding of the element inside the div tag, and place a second div inside it with no width and padding necessary for your design.

    (2) no margin was given to the columns, because they all floated. If you need to add the margin, avoid placing on the side you're floating into (for example: a right margin on a div set to float to the right). Many times, padding can be used instead. For divs where this rule needs to be broken, you must add a statement of ' display: inline ' to the rule of the div to tame a bug where some versions of Internet Explorer double the margin.

    (3) given that the classes can be used several times in a document (and an element can also have several classes applied), the columns have received the names of classes instead of IDs. For example, two sidebar div could be stacked if necessary. These can easily be changed to the ID if that's your preference, as long as you don't use them once per document.

    (4) If you prefer your nav on the right instead of the left, simply float those columns as the opposite direction (straight instead of left all) and they will return in reverse order. There is no need to move the div in the HTML source code.
