Sign and email form without a no save option?
Is this possible? I work with someone who would like their form to fill out, but still be able to send, sign, and does not allow the user to use the "save order". Is this possible? Or them 'activate additional features' should I be turned on so that the email/signature to work?
Also, what javascript code that I can use to send the entire PDF document and always has filled in all the fields? Thank you!
It is not possible that a document cannot be signed without being saved. Even if it were, according to the Acrobat license agreement, you cannot enable documents to others outside your organization to use to collect data. What you can do is to create a form that sends only the data form by e-mail, but it would prevent users to sign. The recipient of the data can then use Acrobat or another program that allows data to be imported into a blank form and save it.
If the signatures are required, the person who needs that must get Acrobat Pro and activate the form. There is a limit of 500 returned forms they can use data if the active document is distributed to more than 500 recipients. You can always create the form for them and to provide a version that is not compatible.

Change a secure interactive PDF form without regenerating the form?
I have a client who needs for me to make a minor change to a form of the PDF in interactive of passwords, that we have created for her. I have the password, of course, but Adobe Acrobat let me know the password without first saving the form as a copy. This, however, strips all the interactivity of the form. I don't want to have to redo all the fields to make this minor change, and I guess that I missed the obvious method to enter the password.
So, how to disable the password without wipe interactive fields so that I can make the change then save the form again with intact security and interactive form fields?
Save as copy, edit the PDF file, then extend features in Adobe Reader (under Advanced) all your form fields should reappear.

Please provide ideas to the next question. In an attempt to sign and date a w-9, I get the following message. "This form is editable in Adobe Acrobat DC. Please use Adobe life cycle Designer. "How can I get this document dated and signed without having to buy the life cycle Designer?
Thank you
Rick
Assuming that you are dealing with a PDF file provided by the IRS, you will not be able to e-sign. but you can fill the fields using Adobe Reader or Acrobat. The version of form W-9 that I have does not include a date field, but you can use the feedback tool add text to add a date. You can also digitally sign or use the annotation of pencil tool to draw a signature.

Order of the form fields and the name (without CB) in Email
Hi fans of Muse.
I have little problem set. order of fields in form of Muse and naming in the submitted e-mails.
There is a simple form (for a subscription to the newsletter) with 3 fields (tags are off): name, surname and email address.
Muse site is not hosted on BC and everything works fine (emails sent, name and email are delivered) except these things:
1. the subject of the email subject is "submission of form XY. Is it possible to change the subject?
2. in the presentation of muse, I have 1 the name field (for the first name), then a single line filed for the name field, then the email field.
But the delivered mail reads as:
Name: XY (First name)
Email: email
Custom: XY (family name)
Is it possible to change the order and rename the fields correctly?
Thanks in advance
CPT Hoschi
The label used in the enamel, is the same thing as the label used in the form of Muse, even if the label is hidden, so you can change your last label of the name "custom" for "last name" field and which should improve the email you get.
In regard to the order of the fields in the email doesn't match not in order on the page, I think it's a bug of Muse. Muse currently generates e-mail based on the order of the fields in your form, rather than the order from top down. You should be able to affect the order of fields in the e-mail by selecting the individual form fields and choosing "send to back" or "leading" in the menu object.

How can I remove 'save' options in a pdf file that only allows you to complete and print the form
How can I remove 'save' options in a pdf file that only allows you to complete and print the form?
Go to tools - JavaScript - the value of the Document Actions and define one will save the action with this code:
this.resetForm ();
If you are worried about the safety of private information transfer, however, then email is not a good way to do it. You must use a HTTPS web service for the security.

Allow users to save, edit and print forms
I have Adobe Professional 8.1 and cannot save a PDF file that will allow users to save, edit and print the forms without requiring a password.
Even with a password, I am unable to open the PDF file to save the changes to the forms change. How can I accomplish this?
For example, I want someone to fill out a questionnaire. This person could start the questionnaire and would then save and come back later. But they are unable to save the document and would have to start all over again.
How can I make this option available to them and avoid requiring them a password? (That's my preference).
The last time that I need a password and tested it out, I wasn't able to do anything in the document, much less to save a copy.
It shouldn't be complicated. : (
Help?
You must enable Extended Reader rights. I think that this in the Advanced menu. This should be done on a copy. Do not forget that the Adobe Acrobat license restricted forms enabled to 500 users/uses. For more, you will need to use a life cycle which is a tad more expensive product (thing 5 numbers and then some).

form name and email are autofilled. Cannot remove
I use the latest firefox 4/Vista... .see below
When I go to some sites, the user name and the e-mail I used before a loooong time ago on another site automatically appear in the name field and email (in the comment section).
I've never visited these sites before and still less posted something on them or used the e-mail/logon in a different way. There is no cookies associated with these sites in my cookies.
I tried turnign off remember search and form history
I tried to delete and move delete
whenever I return to these areas of the site, same thing.
I don't use any plugin autoform.I think that extra detective work may be necessary. Here's a thought. Some sites share comments, reviews and investigations. If you right-click close the form with the unwanted information in it, is there a 'this framework' in the context menu? If so, which follow to display the frame information see the area of the true source. You may need to clear cookies from this domain.

My firefox is not asking to save passwords since I updated to the latest version. There passwords saved in the earlier version, that work well. but he adds more new passwords. It is not connected with banks and these sites. It does not save password for any site, and it does me not even an option to record. (I kept recording Yes password option). Another problem is that it plays without volume youtube videos while my IE works fine for these Web sites.

I don't have the orange word of firefox at the top left of the homepage... How can I get that and then return to the location the file, edit, view, history etc.? Thanks for your help
Hello Joan.
If the Security tab is always grayed out, go to the tab privacy, beside him, to ensure that private browsing is not verified and 'play' with privacy settings until the password box is not grayed out (I think I remember having to play with it a bit in order to release this box) , but it does not work afterwards.
Let me know if this solves the problem for you.
Kind regards

I signed and saved the document. As soon as, I can still change the document and therefore can't send an email safely. How can I fix it?
Nothing will stop a PDF to be edited or tampered with; a few things will make it harder. That's why we use digital signatures. They don't stop editing, they mean that any change will be recognized as after the signature, so it is an unauthorized change. The signatures are on the interception of fakes, do not stop them.

When I send a document to sign, the confirmation e-mail arrives in my trash can rather than my Inbox. Even when the document is signed and sent back to me, the email goes directly to my trash and not Inbox. Why and how I fix this?
Hello Albert,.
It seems to be a problem with your mailbox you use. I would recommend safelist "[email protected]" and then they would come directly to your Inbox. If the problem persists, I recommend contacting your in-house IT.
Kind regards

My company has recently upgraded to Acrobat Reader DC. Before, users could not open attachments Outlook 2013 and add stamps to PDFs, and when they record the document, it would automatically replace the current attachment. Now, the 'Save' option is greyed out and they are forced to "save under" and deliver the edited document. Is this a setting, or if this feature has been removed?
Hi tamil47296022,
In order to make changes in attachments, you will first need to download the attachment, open it in the corresponding application to the changes & then attach it again to the email.
Kind regards
