  You may experience this problem if the Windows system files are damaged. First try to restart the computer and check. Follow these methods and check if that helps:

  Method 1: you cannot reset the accessibility settings, but you can try to perform the system restore and check if it helps. Follow these steps:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Type rstrui and then press ENTER.
  3. Click Next and choose the restore point, when your computer was working fine.

  This story is a little complicated.  The motherboard is replaced and now the Ethernet connection is summary which is more than I had before, so I contact the same technology and it was decided that the pilot must be corrupted.  The tech recharge the Ethernet adapter driver.  Ethernet works now.

I tried the diagnostic tool at least 10 times, and everything indicates that the printer is ready and no problems found. I tried troubleshooting on windows and it shows the status is fine.  I used the HP convenience store and status show ready for use.  I checked the Device Manager, and no abnormalities.  I spent at least 20 hours on this forum, try to find a solution and try each and everything I could find that still resembled a possible fix.  Before I throw this machine on the street, I would like some help that I paid a lot for the machine, but I have to be able to do more than scan with it.  I read a lot of many post of some truly smart people then you are my last hope line.

  I understand now.  Would you be interested to try a full reset which should put this in 'as new' condition or you have done that already?  There is nothing that is in any document on the internet and I will have private message it you if you want to try it.

  Sometimes, a window is "off the screen" somehow. Often, you can force it to appear on the screen by right clicking on the thumbnail image just above the taskbar and choose expand. Does it work?

  #1 method: If you can get a zoomed window:
