I am looking for the opportunity to have a (legal agreement) document added to our Web site that customers can fill out and add a siganture digital in many parts of the document and then submit to our office, please can you advise which is the best program that I need to be able to do this?

I recommend you to use the features of Widget that you can then embed the document in the website of the signatories to visit and fill & sign it. Here is the link for documentation:

I even UNINSTALLED MICROSOFT OFFICE 2007 and then REINSTALLED thinking that would help... but no luck! I also ran scans on my account to see if it was a virus... but no threats not found...

    I am at a loss, maybe it's just a simple matter of SETTINGS?

    .xls files must be opened with Excel. .doc with Word files, etc.

    To export the PDF Online, go to this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/ and select export to PDF > click Select files PDF Export > select My Document/computing Cloud files > continue > select the file format in which you want to export to.

    OK found that there is no problem by converting a url of document online as long as it is not a dynamic filehandler.

  • Publish documents online does not properly in Chrome and Firefox

    I just started to publish InDesign CC documents online. The main reason is to embed on my website to have a nice way to show and visitors to be able to download them in PDF format. Everything works very well. However, when I visit the issue of documentation with Chrome (Version 48) or Firefox (44.0.2) on Windows 10, the status bar with the links shows all of the elements as with IE or Edge. Also, if you read the document and that you do not use the mouse for a few seconds the bar disappears and most often (IE and Edge) just come back if the mouse is moved. Not in Chrome and Firefox, the bar disappears after a few seconds and then never comes back. See the screenshots for more details:

    It doesn't matter if I look at my own documents or other documents. The effect is exactly the same, so I guess it's not all my settings in InDesign.

    Any ideas? Does anyone else have this problem or even a solution?

    The 1st screenshot is the experience that appears for touch / Tablet peripheral. Screenshot 2 is the experience for the workstations. On which machine you see this behavior?

    I created a pdf document with internal links to different parts of the document. However, when I published in Acrobat.com to share, links are more operational. Is there a way to keep the operational links being seen online? (Once download you them they are usable again)

    I'm sorry, but the links are not rendered in the preview of the files that you see on Acrobat.com. The links are not removed from the file (as you have discovered), they just are not included in the preview.

  • How to OPEN and read pdf documents online rather than download, save and then read and delete. This only happens on some sites & started recently.

    When I go on a website and try to open something (like a monthly statement of account, etc.) instead of opening it as a pdf so I can read Firefox makes me download it, save it and then open it. Then I have to go find and remove routine if I don't want to keep. Don't know why this started happening recently, and he disobeys on all sites.

    Please, try the following:

    1. Open the Firefox Options window
    2. Select the Applications tab
    3. Locate Portable Document Format (PDF) on the list of file types
    4. Change the Action Preview in Firefox
    5. Click Ok

    This should allow you to get an overview of most of the files in Firefox.

    It will not work in all cases because some site contain codes to force the browser to download instead of the preview.

    I need to create a report that shows the approvers disgnated on approvals sourcing. I see that there is a table of scrmSignatureDocs but not where I see where the approver/signer is stored in the database. For GSM, it is in gsmSignatureDocOwners but I don't see a similar table for the GSM.

    the ownerid could be the user or group pkid pkid.

    Method 2: Uninstall the printer and reinstall it on your computer.

    Completely uninstall the printer drivers.

    1. Click Start
    2. Type in the Mmc console (press enter)
    3. Click file in the upper left corner of the screen
    4. Click Add/Remove Snap-in
    5. Scroll down to the print management in the ins available Snap , click Add and then click ok.
    6. Click Add the local server in the configuration print management window
    7. On the left side, expand print servers > Drivers -click the name of your computer, and if the list of installed drivers appear on the right side of the window.
    8. Right-click on the printer model and choose Remove driver package.

    I would like to send a custom for the signature document. Each document would require 2 signatures.

    I am able to work out how to distribute to each person for their signature, however it is possible to use a merge and mail for the "customization" process uses Word or Acrobat, to ensure that the appropriate recipient receives their agreement?

    To work around the problem, you can use MegaSign function with which you can send the same document up to 300 recipients (supplied by upload of a CSV file which their information). By default, it can have a signature and others like signature countersignature of sender (which is always fixed). Here is the link for reference:

    We usually ship to customers, directors, etc. for the signature through their unique email address... no problem.

    However, some documents also require the signature of a witness. How to fulfil this obligation through eSign Adobe Document Cloud services?

    Do customers need to designate a witness first (i.e. give us the witness scheduled address) so we can include the address of the witness when we prepare a document for the signature? So as soon as the customer signs, the document is then sent to the witness to sign and verify?

    I was looking at another secure called product which allows a signer to invite a witness of his choice in order to verify the signature document:

    In the case where you do not know the email of the witness, you can repeat the original signer's email address. When they arrive at the enamel sign after placing their first signature, the signer may then delegate their signature to the e-mail address of a witness of their choice.
