Cannot open the e-mail. I can connect on the MSN home page and when I right-click the outlook icon it shows the e-mail Inbox, but cannot access e-mail. I just get this error

Windows Store App for Windows 8 says now that he can not be installed

The problem you are experiencing has occurred due to a corruption in the App Store Windows.

A few quick questions to better understand the issue:
1. What is the brand and model of your computer?
2. The issue is limited to a specific application (The Weather Channel)?
3. You are able to download other applications?
Try the following methods:

Method 1

Check Windows updates if driver updates are available. If so, the same install and check if it helps.
- Press Windows key + W on the keyboard.
- Type the updates in the search bar and click the Windows Update icon from the result of the search.
- In the Windows Update window, click on the link: check the updates from the left side of the window to receive a new list of updates.
If updates are available, install all updates listed there. Make sure that you install all updates including the optional updates.

Method 2

Allow us to reset the Windows Store cache and check if you can download the application.
- Press the Windows key + Q.
- In the search box, type WSReset.exe , and then press ENTER.
This will reset your hiding place for the store. Now, try the download and check.

Method 3

Run the utility troubleshooting app which is a tool that can automatically identify and fix problems with applications and store.

I use Windows 7 SP1 on two PCs. One is Windows 7 Professional and the other is Windows 7 Home Premium. This problem is on both machines.

Flash Player is 16.0.0.305
I can't see some videos to my user account, but can in my admin account.

When I click on the play button it comes up with a black screen. No error message, no messages of any kind.

Here is how I solved this problem:

It worked on the 18/02/2015.

Uninstall Flash by following all instructions at https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Reinstall latest flash.

Followed all the instructions to https://forums.adobe.com/thread/987370?tstart=0

Flash version 16.0.0.305

If you have Acrobat Pro, you can record directly to Word from Acrobat format by choosing File > save as other > Microsoft Word > Word Document.

(Looks like you can try to use the online service ExportPDF, which is separated from Acrobat and not necessary in your case.)

Can I access work saved on my computer from another account of Illustrator if sign up for a new account?

My son saved my computer work, but used his own e-mail address. He don't remember his password to email address is outside of Canada and do not have access to the internet. If me my own account on Illustrator, I'll be able to pull up the work that he has saved on my computer?

Yes, you will be able to open all files saved by him. But you cannot access its heritage creative cloud associated with its ID as: Type kit Fonts, swatches, Design active library etc.
