  • After the default values of hotmail to MSN home page

    When you sign in to Hotmail. The loaded page is directed to MSN, I don't want to. I want the default to my homepage. There was formerly a script automatically responsible user when you use the GreaseMonkey add-on. This makes Mozilla go on my default homepage. IE Google. Now I can't stop loading of MSN. Where is the user script? It worked very well, but seems to have disappeared with the release of Mozilla.

    Solved the problem:
    Load of Greasemonkey, ranging using Mozilla > Modules > Get Add-ons.
    Once Greasemonkey is responsible. Go to Mozilla tools > Greasemonkey > manage user Scripts > change scripts. Then copy and paste the following script into the edit box (change the www.google.co.uk to any page you want to go before saving it) after you have saved close to MOzilla and re - open the round is played:

    == UserScript ==
    @name no. MSN with HoTMaiL signout
    @description stops hotmail redirecting you to msn when you disconnect
    @namespace http://userscripts.org/users/7063
    @include https://login.live.com/logout *
    @include http://login.live.com/logout *
    @version 20120913.2350
    @run-at document-start
    == / UserScript ==

    Window.Location = 'http://www.google.co.uk/';

    Tip:
    If you want to use a blank ' subject: empty 'instead of'http://www.hotmail.com/'

  • Disconnect the tickler Portal after hotmail?

    Yesterday FF upgraded version 29-30 all good until I've disconnected from Hotmail and got a tickler portal home page, I have the option for 9MSN, USA MSN or I know not where I want to go do not show this message. When I click on it, nothing happen so I tried to open Hotmail again twice by clicking on the other two and the same, nothing happens? At the bottom left of the page it is said - javascriptvoid; (0) - when I click on the option and the page turns blue-wash with a turning circle as if it loads but nothing happens. I deleted all the history several times but it does not help either, the result is the same. I would much appreciate it if someone could shed some light on this problem for me. Thank you very much for your time and effort cheers have a good.

    In Australia, had the same problem when signature on Outlook and the screen freezes on portal tickler page and options to choose MSN or msn or don't ask again do not work.

    Tried a few things and then watched the Adblock Plus to 'open blockable items '.
    Found two articles on portal Tickler signout blocked. Adblock Plus change to "Disable on this page only" and ninemesn selected on the screen and the portal page tickler happens never again on logout from Outlook. Seems to Adblock and Tickler Portal do not play well together.

    Also check your time zone in the Outlook options as mine had changed to the Lord Howe Island , instead of Brisbane since the change with a player?

  • What is the solution for: "disconnection is not complete...". We couldn't you disconnect from these websites: Hotmail

    It happens on my wife's account to hotmail signout

    You can delete cookies manually to get disconnected from Hotmail. Hotmail, which leaves a lot of cookies behind anyway even if you connect to. You can search cookies live.com and MSN and msn if you w3ant to cleaning. In the past, it was necessary to enable third-party cookies get logged correctly, but that is no longer necessary for me and activation of third party cookies will give you many additional cookies of all kinds of advertising sites.

  • iPhone keeps asking for password hotmail (iOS 10)

    Hello

    I had this problem since upgrading to iOS iOS 10 9. I have 3 accounts hotmail on the iphone, once I get the password it will work properly for a period of time (usually one day) and then ask for passwords with a message indicating an error has occurred and iOS needs approval from hotmail again.

    I noticed that this often happens when I wake up in the morning and I haven't used the iPhone for a few hours. This problem never arose on iOS 9. I've recently updated the iPhone 6 7 and the problem persists.

    Is this a bug of iOS 10? I also tried to delete all my accounts and adding them again without success. My accounts do not use a two-step verification.

    I am currently using iOS on iPhone 10.0.2 7

    Hotmail is notoriously buggy.  For years.  Have you tried their forum for iOS 10 compatibility issues?  There may be suggestions from there.

  • Cannot configure the Pop of Hotmail on Mail account under macOS Sierra

    Hello.

    I'm on a MacBook Air - end of 2014 with macOS Sierra installed.

    I decided to perform a new installation of the latest version of Mac OS. As I did this, of course, I've erased completely any configuration, I had: this has the Mail app.

    I want to create access to two accounts different Hotmail via Mail App. Apple unfortunately, it's automatically my IMAP accounts - something I really don't like / want - and I want to create POP accounts!

    I check online on how to do it (because Yosemite, holding the Option key during the initial installation, no longer works.) I write a bad e-Mail and after trying to access it, I get an error message and automatically mail gives me the possibility to choose between an account IMAP or pop. Also, it requires me to give the outgoing server and receiving code «»

    MY QUESTION IS: What are the current codes for Hotmail? Because I searched online and after typing the (I assume) good, Mail tells me that it does not recognize my email address and/or password. (Be aware that during the execution of this, I also write my e-Mail address correctly!).

    I really need my accounts connected to Apple Mail, BUT I really need to make sure that it doesn't copy emails and not delete them from the server!

    Thanks in advance for any information you can give me.

    Ask Microsoft about the configuration necessary to initialize one of their products to access pop.

    What happens when you send an email?

    Use the following settings:

    • Host name of the server: imap - mail.outlook.com
    • Server port: 993
    • Authentication: password
    • SSL/TLS: Yes

    Outgoing e-mail server

    • Server port: 587
    • Authentication: password
    • SSL/TLS: Yes
  • Safari, suspended when using Hotmail

    Hello

    A colleague asked me to solve a problem she has with her hotmail account using safari (5.1.10) on his Macbook pro (OSX 10.6.8).

    When it loads Hotmail (via MS live.com) the browser hangs and will not have to type in the body of the email. I've tried a few things:

    1. Downloaded Firefox, doesn't seem to have the same problem.
    2. Cleared cookies (safari - preferences - privacy - remove all data from the Web site)

    Clear cookies seems to work temporarily, but it doesn't last.

    Verified in window - activity. the last activity points to cdn.at.atwola.com, which suggests that Atwola is likely to be at least part of the problem.

    Some tips on the best way to get rid of Atwola on this operating system/browser? The checked updates, none are available.

    see you soon,

    ADIC Greg

    Check the preferences/Extensions/Safari - it can be installed there.

  • Cannot access my hotmail account.

    If I go to the login page, it opens to a page that says that they are updating the terms of their agreement.  When I press 'next', the page says 'this page is temporarily unavailable' does anyone have any recommendations or is it just a microsoft problem?

    It seems to be a problem in Microsoft.

    Contact Microsoft support and report your access attempt to Hotmail.

  • iPhone 5 s acting weird from the hotmail interface has changed

    Hello

    My 5's mail app iPhone acted as weird as the hotmail Web site interface has changed a few weeks ago. The Junk folder disappeared and now, when I get an email, the phone rings and vibrates as before, but it is there no preview on the lock screen, or the notification Center.

    What is happening to someone else? How can I fix it?

    Thank you

    Hello

    It can help to check your email notification settings:

    • Go to settings > Notifications > mail > select an account to check the notification settings.

    You can also update your iPhone to the latest version of the software (your post indicates that it is not up-to-date):

  • account Hotmail registers do not

    I transfer Windows Live Mail to ThunderBird because of the problem that Windows Live Mail cannot display the emails of HTML5.

    While transferring my email accounts for more, I noticed that my [email protected] transfers more when I have 3 other accounts of hotmail email works just fine.

    Detailed information about the image

    Another reason for the failure of the installation would be if this account has two-step verification.
