  If you are not able to open the Photos App images directly in Photoshop then, this is the expected behavior as App Photos does not allow for any third-party application interact with it directly.

  You must export images from the Photos App and then open in Photoshop.

WTF Adobe, how can I turn off or limit, as writes to the SSD of constantly to kill them and I do not consider your logs to be important use of space.

  Your answer showed no once again, but here are a few things to check:

  1. If you hold down the SHIFT key and then connect your camera that should stop the pse to open.

  Then go into workstation, do a right-click on the camera (by car), select Properties > AutoPlay and you should be able to change what is happening.

  

  2. glance in the organizer of items in photoshop under Edit > Preferences > camera and card reader and see if the start automatically is checked.

  (not all versions of the pse Organizer have that)

  I have the same problem. Works in safe mode, however.

  Edit: Disabling the Tab Mix Plus extension solves the problem.

  Since the upgrade, opening a tab can take up to 5 seconds. When you type an e-mail, there is a delay of a second or two before the letter shapes.   Note that downgrading to an older version exposes you to fixed in the new version security vulnerabilities.
  Also, it will not address your problem in the long term, so to solve the problem, for example with a test profile, would be the recommended method for moving forward.
