  Depending on what you mean by "voice command", either:

  Settings / general / accessibility / VoiceOver / OFF, or

  Settings / Siri / OFF

  As for your use of the battery, you can check what app pulls most of its use in the settings / battery.  A new version of the app is sometimes problematic, not necessarily iOS or iPhone.  If you see a unusual % of use of a particular application, or force-to leave it removal/reinstalling it or remove it until an update comes.  If anything seems unusual, it might be a problematic installation of iOS, in which case, you could backup your iPhone and restore it:

  You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:

  Do not know which e-mail account you use as you don't state it.

  1. be ensure that the account is configured correctly.

  2. Remove and reinstall the e-mail account.

  3. ask the mail provider which is the issue.

  I have exactly the same problem with the same exact phone. Not only my phone, but my wife phone ' e as well. I have 2 iPhone regular 6 64 g (not more) iOS 9.2.1. Stop randomly no matter what percentage. I saw he stopped as high as 87% on my phone and my wifes phone does the same thing.   I'll post my results and see if this fixes my problems.

  When you say that "nothing worked", what do you mean? Do you mean that the iPad does not at all? "That means" it seeds "means? What exactly you see it do? Have you tried a forced reboot (hold home and power buttons until the Apple appears, then let go and leave to complete commissioning). If it lights, try to restore from a backup using iTunes.

  This feature is NOT removed from Apple's music but how to download the music has been slightly modified. Now, when you select the menu... on a song or an album instead of hitting "make available offline" there is a cloud with an arrow icon down.   Go into the Contacts application and ensure that it uses the same account synchronization like the iPhone and other devices you may be using.
