  I'm working on an authorware program in which I want to use the size of years of a hotspot location clicked to draw a rectangle. Finally, I would like to be able to change the size and position of a point of interest, and when they are packed, the rectangle must belong to the new position of the hotspot, with the new size. So far, I've been successful in a file not packed with:

  GetIconProperty (@Title; #awSizeX))

  GetIconProperty (@Title; #awSizeY))

  GetIconProperty (@Title; #awLocationX)

  GetIconProperty (@Title; #awLocationY)

  where the title is the title of the clicked hotspot. So far so good... BUT I learned the hard way that GetIconProperty() does not work in a bundled file authorware (next time I will first read the help section better!). My question: How can I get the same information in a packaged authorware file?

  
  I was watching the GetSpriteProperty() function, which should work in a bundled file. However, the hot spots aren't sprites, and I do not know what spriteproperties should I use for the location and the size of the area reactive (#awSizeX, #awSizeY, #awLocationY and #awLocationX do not work). In addition, GetPostPoint provides the position of the upper left pixel of the hotspot, but I need separate the values X and Y position of the reach to be able to use the Box() function to draw the rectangle. And I need the hotspot as well. Finally, PositionY@Title and PositionX@Title do not work for my hot spots (the value is always 0 and does not change when you click on the hot spots).

  
  I could solve the problem by making all the position values variables and the values of the size of all the hot spots, but then I wouldn't be able to change the position and size of the hot spot by dragging and by changing the rectangle accordingly.

  I'd be more than happy to hear if anyone has a solution for me.

  OK, after playing with the functions GetPostPoint and GetPostSize, I managed to do something that does what I want in a bundled file.

  My solution:

  posBox: = GetPostPoint (@Title; #response) - returns a list with [x, y] position

  sizeBox: = GetPostSize (@Title; #response) - returns a list with [width, height] size

  Box(pensizeBox;posBox[1];posBox[2];posBox[1]+sizeBox[1];posBox[2]+sizeBox[2])

  I have a question about an entry in the area of selection, on APEX 4.01. I use a dynamic LOV to fetch the results, and the problem is that some results are very large, making my extra-large selection box and ruin the design of my web page.
  
  I guess I could solve this problem with a pl/sql which tronquerait the size of my results, but I think that it is abad because it will disable the oracle to detect similar queries on other forms. Is it possible to achieve the same result without messing with the query?

  I checked the settings of this layer, but I've not found anything related to that.

  You need to change the FlashHelp skin file. There is no way to edit Flash files in RoboHelp.

• While scrolling my emails, they decreased in size & now are so small, that I need a magnifying glass to read them. I can't get it back to normal size.

• Canvas size Presets are gone?

  After the upgrade to Photoshop, I noticed that my new Document presets were all deleted. However, when I tried to make one of them again under the same name, it tells me there is"already" even if it is not in the list. I can't find an option to load either. Clearly, they are always there. Can I get back them?

  It's very weird, we start from the principle that you do not restart your computer.

  Here are some steps they might help:

  • Edit-> Presets-> migrate Presets
    Create a new preset and save it and see if it works
  • Reset the Photoshop installation file:

  Quit Photoshop, hold down the CTRL + alt + shift and right click on the Photoshop icon, then select open

  A message will ask if you want to delete the settings of photoshop file, click Ok

  Create a new preset and save it and see if it works

• Page size options are replication and do not select. Everyone knows about this problem?

  I use CC Id and work on a suite with several pages to this subject of different sizes. This week my page in the page window size option comes to pay options for duplicates within itself. Whenever I try to select a new page size, it adds another copy of all the options and does not allow me to select a different size.

  I've included a screenshot to help convey my problem. Is there a current fix for this right now? ID is up-to-date and I rebooted several times.

  We're converting Lotus Notes documents in PDF format by exporting (printing) to PDF using a PDF writer but found that some contents are truncated or cropped. Must manually reprint in pdf format using a different page/paper settings in order to capture the content correctly. Are there other methods or tools that can automate this step? Would it not possible to change the PDF properties to adjust the size of the page, etc.?

  Page size options are limited, but are in the crop tool. If there are no tags or other markup, you can also print to a new PDF and adjust the size of the printer - sometimes the simplest interface, but normally not recommended. The rotation can be made in the menu document and then saved. The rotation, which is usually on the toolbar are only for the current view and does not record with the PDF file. Many of them you can use a batch process to solve (in AA8 which is under the advanced > Document Processing). The best method is to set up your printer Adobe PDF to create the correct page size and orientation to the future. You can configure to develop in general for the installation, select a paper size, and have set parameters for auto-rotation. The latest is based on the text that is on the page. The elimination of the margin is also part of the crop tool. I hope that gives you at least a few things to look at. Unfortunately, tools moving with each version, so you have to get the tools.

  Environment: Windows Xp
  Printer: HP Designjet T1100 44 inch HPGL2
  Driver: HP DesignJet T1100 44 inch HPGL2 (61.73.362.41)
  Application: Adobe 10.1.3

  We have a user tries to send a print to this device, and they try to change the size of the paper. By default, this printer is configured to print to A0.

  Accessing the printer/quality tab we change the size of the Document to A1, but it continues to be printed in A0. This printer shared from another computer. When printing directly from the desktop the same problem does not occur.

  Some of the things we have tried

  • Confirmed that the two computers are the same version of Adobe Reader
  • Aligned to Adobe (right size Options, choose page PDF format paper source)
  • Aligned with various parameters of the size of the Document, the Source document printer

  On the 'features' page while we tried to set Options for resizing for 'Print Document On' every time that we are navigating away from this tab it seems back to "actual size."

  Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!

• Size of menu bar Spry set correctly for mobile layout when using fluid grid

  I use the horizontal spry menu bar and the checkerboard to fluid. Works fine until it is used in mobile size. The size of the navigation bar set correctly, but the text is too large for each area of the spry menu bar. Is it possible to have the text to set for the mobile structure only? Is there a way for the spry menu bar to stack vertically?

  Spry is neither sensitive nor touch the screen of the environment.  It has been discontinued & removed DW in 2013.
