Sketch of Photoshop and Photoshop

I was wondering in Photoshop sketch you can send the file to Photoshop (I know you) edit the file and then send it to sketch to continue editing 'sketch '?

Hi LogoBean,

It is not possible to move back and forth between Photoshop CC and sketches. The only way to bring a .psd sketch would be to bring it as a layer of the Photo of your creation Cloud Files folder (it is not possible to bring it as an editable file).

Is asked each time than in quite awhile, but I'm not sure what the plan is to add this functionality to the application.

is it the intention, so everyone is forced to use the pencil of Apple on iPad pro? Can you still have this button because it has features that Apple pencil can't stand still yet (gum, greater autonomy)

    Bao,

At present, the only pen in versions of Pro iPad sketch of Adobe and Adobe Draw is Apple pencil. Third pens still work on older/other iPads.

No, we are not trying to force people to use the pencil; given the superior performance of this pen on iPad Pro (nothing else even comes close) support third-party pen was not in this version.

  • Complete sketch in Photoshop brushes

Y at - it a pack brush, way to export sketches brushes or way to get ordinary similar experience in photoshop?

Rant: Sketch of Adobe's cool, iOS and the iPad pro are not. It is disappointing that Adobe is investing resources in a losing platform, especially when the creative cloud works horribly even high-end hardware Apple (no CUDA support for one). Apple took us back ten years with forcing the lower, slower and less sure HTML5/JavaScript experience on us all. I recently changed my Apple for good, and it would be nice if Adobe focused on the provision of a single large platform yet. It seems there are too many irons in the fire, and many products have been neglected in favour of money pits.

Currently, it is not a translation for all the abr from sketch to Photoshop CC.

You could probably do something similar with Photoshop CC tho.

  • Brush Tapering with iPad Pro and Apple pencil to sketch in Photoshop

Hello! I just wanted to say that the iPad Pro and Apple pencil do not seem to decrease my brush strokes that I expect in Photoshop sketch.

It is usually the case that I can get a really nice cone that I draw a line, but no matter how I try to release the pressure of the pen, it seems not to be able to get out a 'cone' nice / point to my lines I draw. It's always more rounded and blunt!

I tried tons of time to play with all the attributes of the custom settings of the brush without result! I made sure my pen is associated with my ipad, etc.

I don't think it's a problem with my hardware because it works very well in other graphic programs (illustrator, autodesk, flipbook, etc.) and it is quite frustrating because I want to be able to use Adobe Photoshop sketch as my main drawing package because I like the other features that it has.

Could someone let me know if you are working on a solution for this? It's incredibly frustrating!

As a side note... In order to save brush presets (and not only brushes) is also amazing!

Thanks, and I hope to hear back soon! I can't wait to see what you add in the next update! I love the other app that this reproach little!

    Hello, Alintheayoh,

Thank you for your lovely reply and your kind words on my sketch of Pelican.

I'm glad that my comments are useful.

For attention new test tools brush, I found that you're right about the cone out not being not as conical not like the cone in. Indeed, while I was working, I had edited my last reply forget it

Alintheayoh, I agree with you and would also like to take the opportunity to have a stroke conical wide gradually. It would be useful to have subtle cone in and out subtle cone. Yes, we already have this subtle tapered control in Photoshop and some other applications. This type of control is a must for serious artists.

Thank you for your message, which has helped push the boundaries of these brushes, sketch in a new way. It is a pleasure to speak with you.

According to the design on your card (and the quantity of cartridges), the layout of press sheet self-propelled end to end or interlock for waste minimum press sheet and the configuration more efficient cutting & required scores. For this reason, it would be more practical to provide a layered file the lithographer with your color chart on a separate layer. In addition, according to the design on the cardboard, you may asked to separate the work (each color on a separate layer). It would be prudent to ask your lithographer how he wants that prepared art and the file format it prefers.

  • How to export my sketch in Photoshop in 300 dpi images

    Hello

When exporting my images of the sketch on the iPad for Photoshop on Mac, they seem to default to 72 dpi.  What makes the images 72cm wide and 72 dpi, which is not what I want.  We use images for a book, so they must be 300 dpi.

How can I export images at 300 dpi and make them appear as the right size in Photoshop?

    Thank you.

    See you soon

    James

    Hello James,.

I don't think at the moment, it is possible to choose a resolution of 300 DPI in sketches. However, you can export your art in Photoshop and set up your resolution for printing it. The iPad Pro has allowed me to create an illustration in sketch is 2732 x 2048 pixels. Using the sharing in Sketch (square with arrow at the top of the screen icon) feature, I chose to send to Photoshop. When the image open in PS, I adjusted the resolution we print, using the size of the Image. It is an easy workflow.

I've attached a screenshot of the dialog box size of the Photoshop Image with the original resolution sketches and the adjustment in Photoshop. Note that "Resampling" is disabled in the example below, while the number of pixels will remain the same, when the ppi to 300 ppi.

    I hope it's useful.

  • Sketch of PhotoShop does not open on iPad Mini

I just installed PhotoShop sketch on my iPad mini but are unable to open.

When I touch the icon, the screen changes to a full version of PhotoShop sketch but, after a few seconds ago, it changes back to the home screen.

I tried to turn off the iPad and back on as well as to do a soft reset, but that made no difference.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

    Hi Aubrey,

Sorry, you have problems with the application. This looks like a bad installation. Can you try uninstall Sketch, restart your device, then reinstall the application?

If you have any work that needs to be synchronized to creative cloud, check that first by logging to the http://assets.adobe.com (My Active - Mobile Creations - Sketch) and ensuring that your work is there.

Let me know if this helps.

  • Is there a way to trace an image using Photoshop sketch?

    Hello, everyone,

Is there a way to trace an image using Photoshop sketch?  I'm used to the use of a light box and tracing the images by hand which I can scan in Photoshop.  It would be wonderful if I could draw a picture in the Sketch show on the iPad Pro and avoid to analyze completely.

I couldn't find a manual Sketch anywhere, and I wanted to know if this was possible before you buy the software for the iPad.

I thank very you much for your time.

    Kind regards

    Chris

    Gawain,

Sketch of Photoshop has layers of two pictures and a drawing layer so, Yes, you can place an image into a work plan and the trace on it.

Here's how to put a photo into a canvas:

    1. a work plan of open sketch, press (landscape) Photo icon in the toolbar.

    2. which will open a selection of menu with three layers as well as the ability to shoot a picture on my iPad, take a picture, the files of my CC, market, Adobe Stock.

    3. Once you place the image, you can move it to the lower layer so you can draw on it.

    Hope that helps.

  • Adobe Android 5.0 CC brush works only with Illustrator and Photoshop CC 2015

Why do I create brushes with mobile app Adobe brush CC on my Samsung Galaxy 3 with Android 5.0 doesn't work with Illustrator and Photoshop CC 2015 for OSX Imac, retina desktop application 5 k 10.10.5 Yosemite? Says: the format is not supported!Schermata 2015-09-20 alle 16.16.45.png

    Hi Chris,

I said to you earlier through reactions in app. But just in case you look here first...

None of the Adobe tools use the same rendering template, each tool has its own format of brush and the brush characteristic, so not every brush works in all applications.

You cannot use a brush in Illustrator into Photoshop or sketch, or a drawing brush in Photoshop or Illustrator. Photoshop rendering template just can't manage that made the sketch, it works in a very different way. That's why when you create a brush brush, you must choose which tool you will target. If you are ultimate goal is to use the brushes in Ps rather than in the skit, then you need to limit yourself to the brushes Ps targeted when you get to the Style section (look for the Ps icon in the upper left section, after the Sketch in Photoshop brushes).

When you save a brush, you are redirected to a screen (where it can be edited/nameed). This is also where you can see which brush to work with each application. The first three are sketches of Photoshop. If you scroll down you will see the brushes for PS and AI. When you save, except for the application in which you will use it. Let me know if that clears things up for you.

Try this with one of your brushes:

Go to your library and choose a brush

Tap the change (square with a pen). This will open a Visual list of brushes

If you want to use a sketch brush, choose one of these brushes (tap the circle to check), name it and save it. It will save in your library as a brush drawing, and as soon as it syncs you should be able to open in the skit. Once on the sketch, now a pressure on the fifth brush in the toolbar and your library of brushes should be there. The same process works for brushes for Photoshop and Illustrator CC.

Let me know if you're still having problems.
