Skin file?

I am trying to listen to a recording of the teleconference, and it says that the file isn't valid.  What is c? How can it be solved?

Skin is normally how the appearance of applications is defined. Popular multimedia applications the best known are probably Winamp.

Once downloaded it had an appearance by default, but you can download skins to change any number of designs.

I have 3 Cap and you just create a new project. I use a skin BMP ("steel"). With my other projects with nerve 3, I used the same (I think) so the skin settings and they didn't not create a published 'skin' file.

However, my new project creates a skin file. I will not go into great detail why this is a problem, but basically, I need to act like those prior project and does not create a skin (when the cheek skin file, it has no control, and I have things configured to use the file of the skin).

I feel that giving up using non - BMP player bars, the 'skin' is incorporated in the file (skin) unique and is so why it has not been created with my prior projects.

  • Skins for Windows does not apply on Windows Media Player 11

I use Windows Media Player 11 for Vista 64 bit and I download a skin and try to apply it to every time it won't work. It only works if I double click the skin file and I won't continue to do it every time. I tried to look for answers to this problem of alreadt, but every single response is to go to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Change-how-Windows-Media-Player-looks-using-skins and it does not at all help.

    Hi Matt,

You save the skin before applying it or run it directly?

If you save the skin before applying, you must double-click it to apply. Other wise, you must change the mouse settings to use the single click.

Sorry for the delay in responding! So here's the plug:

    1. all your images of skin should be placed under the / file sharing, that is to say, / shared/skins/myskin/images
    2. right click on the file Skin.css and select update resource...
    3. in the content directory, point to the folder/shared/skins/myskin/images

  • What is the best way to customize the skin of the PlayBar?

    Hello

I need to customize the skin of the PlayBar and put our new totally brand design.

I know that the default skin files are found under folder Templates. Should I take one of these fla files and customize it with our new model?

I have another option in my mind, but do not know if it works. I guess I can hide the playback bar and create my own buttons on the stage and in this way can build the scene with my own reading bar control.

Do you think one is better? I need your comments.

    Thank you
    Erkan

The question is not so much what you CAN do with buttons in Captivate to replace the PlayBar, but what one MUST do one way or the other.

It must be remembered as it is currently impossible to add interactive objects such as buttons to master slides or quiz question slides. So if you do not create your own playback bar customized with all the keys you need, you will end up having to replicate the same button, set each slide of your project, which is a lot of buttons to maintain. But then when you get to your quiz slides, you will not be able to add same buttons here.

So if you have the resources to customize your own reading bar, which seems to be the best option from a perspective of low maintenance.

  • Is there anyway to incorporate or to hide a file of FLV playback interface?

We are developing a small Flash application to display the ability of our company. This application is stored on a small USB key that we give to our potential customers. When the USB key is available, users will see two folders 'Media' and 'other '. and a SWF file called 'Start '. There are; However, a single file over that displays: the interface/skin file that we used for our videos FLV (titled "SkinUnderPlaySeekStop.swf"). If this file is not included in the same location as the main SWF, the interface/skin does not appear on the video.

We would like to both files and the main SWF to display on the root of the USB stick. Is there anyway to move the interface/skin file in another folder (for example, the 'other') and call backward from that location in the original FLA file?

Thanks in advance for any response.

Yes, you can place the skin in any folder.  just designate the property skin of your component to the path/skinswfname.swf where path is relative to the html integration (if you use an html file).

  • missing State 'disabled' in the skin

I have a custom component CircleProgress.mxml with two States: 'default' and 'other', using a skin with the same two States defined. But during compilation, it pops up an error in the skin file: the "disabled" State of necessary skin is missing.

    Hello

    > Why it does not work when the component is not in a library of thought

The application code is not "compiled". A CFC is final compiled code, so design mode can load and display. I think that it won't work in an application's performance. Things will need to be recompiled constantly since there is no compc compiler in an application.

The extra leg, that I am referring is in Design view extensions. There are in fact extended components that implement the API they use in Design mode. It's a glorified built-in Flash Player.

It's a complication bit, I intend writes a blog on sooner rather than later.

  • change default ignition Panel = contentGroup skin id does not

    Hello

I have change the value by default "spark.skins.spark.PanelSkin" and then by applying this Panel custom skin to my component of the Panel.  I want to be able to create a left, right, and forced to bottom of 10px to the 'contentGroup"- that's all.

However, I find this task almost impossible.  I'm trying to change:

    < s:Group id = "contentGroup" width = "100%" height = "100%" minWidth = minHeight '0' = '0' >

    < / s:Group >

    TO:

    < s:Group id = "contentGroup" left = "10" right = "10" top = "10" low = "10" width = "100%" height = "100%" minWidth = "0" "0" = minHeight >

    < / s:Group >

However, this does NOT work.  You can also change it's 'contentGroup's parent... "the content"... from:

    < s:Group id = "content" >

    TO:

    < s:Group left = "10" right = "10" left = "10" top = "10" low = "10" id = "content" >

does NOT work or the other.

Can someone tell me please how do the 'contentGroup' have a padding of 10px autour WITHOUT changing the title bar?  Thanks in advance

I think that your first attempt does not work because you set a width/height size and forced top/left/right/down (width/height take precedence)

Your second attempt does not work because the 'content' group is in a VerticalLayout that does not respect the constraints of the up, left, down, right.

    EDIT:

Actually affecting the left/right/up/down on "content" has no effect because at the top of the skin file the override of updateDisplayList() sets to zero.  If you change the two lines from 0 to 10, it should have an effect, but not the desired.  I suggest this approach:

Try to encapsulate the contentGroup in another group that has the width/height of 100% and the value of the top/left/right/down on the contentGroup:
