Skype password is changed/hacked

Hey guys my main Skype [name deleted for safety] account is password has been hacked and changed. I can only connect through the Microsoft Account linked to the Skype. I would like to change the passwords of Skype if hackers can't access my account.

Now when I want to open a ticket to tell Skype I redirected to a page with a dead-end:

http://API.Skype.com/tracking/emails/click?m=7131000031804129621&go=security&x=intcmp%3DT_296-_-H-_-...

What should I do?

Too bad the guy I got my Skype back

Edit: the pirate replied
