  Hello! I tried to change some of my preferences on Skype Online including password, email address and telephone number. I remember my Skype name or it's password that I created a long time ago. So, I signed up using the Microsoft account. And then I tried to change my password for "Skype" by using my password from Microsoft as my "old password". But he did not accept. I can't change my security because of this information. If I select one of the options - "forgot my username" or ' I forgot my password - then it takes me to the page where I have to enter my email registered. And since I've already connected using that e-mail, the page redirects me to the Microsoft account password changing page, which I don't expect!

  Thnx. But I solved mine today by thinking top again and again. I just changed my main email address to my Outlook to a different alias and I received code verification of Skype on the previous alias so successfully, I changed my Skype password and so now I also received my username.

  This error can occur if the group policy setting "do not connect to users with temporary profiles" is configured.

  Is it possible to force users to change their password after it has expired (on Windows 7 PC)? Currently our users get notifications that their password will expire in 14, 7, 3, 2 and 1 days but once the password has expired, they can still connect to their machines with the expired password. Most of our users ignores warnings and does not change their passwords until we tell them they have to (when they ring the Help Desk asking why does not their email and intranet). From memory, Windows XP machines would display a message when the connection and the password has expired and then offer screen password change. Is it possible to do the same thing in Win7?
