  Hi, when you turn on Skype to Go, it gives you a local number in your country and S2G is available in the Canada.

  You can save this number in your phone and when you call you will hear a menu of options to call contacts stored in a list or dial any other number. S2G page, you can add international contacts and it generates new local numbers for them that you can save on your phone and direct dial or choose when you contact list is read. You must also register your phone with S2G so that you can call these numbers direct the case of unrecognized phone, you use a PIN code.

  Does not quite work this. Setup, I need is for someone to the United Kingdom to be able to call my Skype UK number and one to be automatically transmitted / redirect to my international mobile number.

  The reason is that if I don't reply on my number Skype the quality is too poor (via VOIP) and I don't want to call my international number directly (because of cost)

  So my question is, if I send my number to my international mobile Skype then is the call (between the callers mobile UK and my international mobile) now on mobile networks instead of the data.

It's very expensive to call with my phone to other countries, so I was thinking of using Skype for this.   Calls are rounded up to the next whole minute and the hundred the next:

  2.3 + 4.9 (fee connection once per call) = 7.2 = 8 cents

  I'm trying to get some basic information on the Skype phone numbers which I can't find on the web page of Skype. I understand that if I buy a Skype phone number I can redirect calls to anywhere where I am in the world. (I do a lot with many different travel of the SIM for my phone to get the best rates in the countries I visit). My questions are: how much will redirect calls cost me? If I configured correctly will Skype be the ring to redirect calls on my phone or I just a message?

  I just have one question, hope lecit to ask, I did my Skype account years ago when I lived in Italy, attached to the Italian credit card and paypal account... So I have to pay in euros.
  Now I live in Russia for a long time, I won rubles and I address local Russian bank account and credit card. It is absurd to charge me Euros... What can I do?

My billing address is in CA, my verified phone number is thai. I believe that with a Skype CA phone number I can eliminate these problems, correct? As the Government agencies and US automated banking systems cannot recognize a 11 digit number.

  OK, so I did not have a first core of Galaxy attached to any diet, talk with a slot for sim card available. My intention is to buy a prepay sim for the available location local, and then add a Skype number. This Skype number wouldn't be usable wifi connected. A one year subscription is $52.25, but the site says nothing about other calling some how fees, or I've missed?

  With the second sim with a Skype number, dedicated to the United States calls only, and I was able to differentiate between the two by which the sim was used to receive the call. I receive a message if a call was made for me if it is not connected to wifi?

  Could I have the call transferred to my Thai number, if I were to buy call forwarding also?

  Hi, what you're trying to do is possible in principle, but you do not add the number of Skype to a SIM.

  What happens, is that you install the Skype app on Google Store on your base premium Galaxy then receive calls and outgoing calls via the Skype in wifi or mobile data, if you add a local SIM card.

  Check Skype calling subscriptions and distribution rates to the United States and the Thailand (subscriptions especially if you make a lot of calls or transfer calls to a number of Thai). If you buy a subscription or even 2 subscriptions (1 USA and 1 Thai) then you get a 50% discount when you buy a Skype number for 12 months, which is a good deal.

  The application on your Galaxy will inform you of all the missed calls. I suggest you only install Skype on a PC too to see the full selection of purchase options in Tools/Options. You must configure the voicemail here and select this option to allow anyone to call your Skype number. Spend some time looking at all the options that are available to you.

  You can transfer your Skype CA number to a number of Thai, if you wish and have a subscription or a credit to pay for it.

  Perhaps start by installing Skype on your base premium Galaxy from the game store, sign in with your account and take a look at all the parameters available on the app. Setting most are in the app now except setting up voicemail that can be made on the program Skype on a PC.

  I have a problem whereby I have to call a number 0844 my Skype account to connect to telephone consultations with clients. However, whenever I have call this number, Skype drops the call and said "blocked by Skype contact."

  Is there anyway around this problem? I have somehow blocked calls to premium rate numbers?

• Skype for Mac 6.9 list problems - unstable

  Here is a list of the problems after the upgrade to 6.9 Skype on my Mac (running on OS X 10.8.5), 8 GB of RAM, Seagate Mementus XT hybrid hard drive. Front of performaing the troubleshooting steps I completely check through various utilities / diagnosis all existing software (files, permissions, ACL, Cache, corrupted files structure) and the material aspects of the Mac (RAM, hard drive, logical card). They are all in perfect condition.

  1 Skpye uses too much CPU resource (can swing on a normal audio chat from 55% to 102%). This causes the mac to hang it.

  -J' tried many measures to solve them, delete all the files nd a new reinstall but same result.

  2. Since the upgrade to the new version:

  -The refresh rate of screen for the main window of Skype went crazy mad. Its take 2-3 seconds to refresh, if I pass any application to the Skype window.

  3. its seems to be a lot heavier just to load and use than the previous version

  

  You might want to try 6.9 Skype for MAC OSX version released 701 yesterday (compared to the generation of older 6.9) to see if anything changes.

  Hello, so I just got a new BenQ XL2411Z monitor and for some reason, when I connect on Skype, display drivers crash 9/10 times. If I use the old monitor and launch Skype everything works normally, but display runnning drivers the new BenQ it will crash. The only time where he didn't plant and I could make a call and play a game at the same time, when I open a video on youtube screen crashed again.

  OK so I figured out it was actually because my refresh rate is 144 Hz and Skype + amd drivers can't handle anything beyond 120 Hz. Now running at 120 Hz and it works completely fine, had nothing to do with the drivers or the version of Skype.

  My office to win 8 Skype went a bit weird...

  Can I sign OK, but the main screen, it says "Skype unavailable Home".

  I'm not able to make calls to any contacts and everypne appears offline.

  Control of heart rate shows a good service in all areas.
